I don't love the folio wraps. I've only tried the cheddar nut to be honest I'd rather just have a slice of cheese. I thought they would be good for bread or tortilla replacement but meh. Where so do you find the jicama wraps?

My thought exactly about the folio wrap.
The jicama wrap is at Trader Joe's in their vegetable/produce section. It's the size of the street taco so perfect for taco nights.

Hey Shelia thanks for posting that Mirror link. I been seeing the commercials on TV but unfortunately I do not know anyone who has it just yet. But I am contemplating dropping my gym membership also. I go to PF so it is only $20 a month and they did not charge us till it re opened. By then I already started running and I don't think I will feel comfortable in a gym. Then on the other hand the super cold weather is coming so why drop it now when I am going to be forced to an indoor work out. I can't decide either.

MY BFF's mom has the mirror and so she tried it last time she was home. She's not really an athlete--just Pilates, but she liked it a lot. That's a hefty monthly price, for something you don't know if you'll like, though.
I was so excited to find the Folio wrap, but same as you--not worth the calories. I did like cooking in the oven on an upside down pan to make a cheese bowl for my salad, though! That was kind of worth it... :)
The last time I went to a Cheesecake Factory was about eight years ago. I ate a small amount of a slice of cheesecake and packed up the rest to take home. I dumped anyway walking to the car and had to explain to my friend what was happening to me. Luckily she is a nurse and got me to the car OK. That stuff packs a load of sugar.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Good morning! I've taken the day off work and going to enjoy being at the beach. I had a good day food wise yesterday, but also had two glasses of wine. But I did manage a two mile walk right before I went to bed. Today I plan on a couple bike rides and a yoga session. It's the only structure to my day today.
QOTD: my dogs, my grand girls and the song American Pie.
Food is on the fly today. Going to try to convince my husband to go for a bike ride and find lunch and he wants to make chicken cordon blue for dinner. Besides my shake, I'll just try to make good picks.
Peace everyone!
