G'morning everybody!
Wow JB, love the new haircut! The hair looks so soft.
When I was little my mom used to call me mulo (mule) because I was stubborn. She said it came out when I was two and it never went away. I'm telling you this because yesterday morning DH told me air quality is not good, don't go out for your run; we are having smoke from Napa fires. I huffed and puffed a little and while he was busy I sneaked out, just like a little kid. Went to my favorite forest, thinking the trees will protect me. Well, let me tell you on my way back I started seeing stars from the corner of my eyes. At first I thought "hey, I'm seeing a meteorite like Teenie", but that wasn't the case. Then my ears started ringing. By the time I got back to the car I couldn't stop coughing. Once in the car I looked at the temp and it said 90, which is almost unheard of in my neck of the woods. DH said the car temp was exaggerated because I guess we never got above 82, but I felt the heat like I was passing out. Sat in the car with AC blowing full blast for a good 20 minutes before I went back home. Moral of the story, when I act like a stubborn mule I pay dearly. Rest of the day I was useless, definitely a heat stroke.
QOTD: insane amount of containers, this was even before the home edit episodes. The container store is my Disneyland.
My pics are of our town surf statue. Don't know if you remember that last your during xmas and Halloween he was dressed accordingly. But since the pandemic the statue has become more social conscience. I love the RBG one.
My meals yesterday:
- B: 2 scrambled eggs + shredded parm + coffee
- L: left over spinach meatloaf
- S: 3 hb eggs
- D:left over TJ chicken fajita
- E: 4 miles jog
Happy Fri-yay, everybody.

Yikes glad you are okay! Grim bought us one of those finger oxygenators so we can make sure we are okay if we get COVID. I wonder what your oxygen levels were to feel like that...
The statue pics are great. In Boston statues that get decorated for every season/event are the Make Way for Duckings statues. Right now they are wearing masks and lace collars for RBG.
Oh how cute! Gotta look them up online.
We actually have one of those oxygen ghizmo, due to DS suffering from asthma. Next time I'll know.

I am a hard head as well. I would have been out there too. Hope you feel much better today. Please listen to DH today and take it easy. I love that Statue. RBG is my favorite too but the Fireman one is a nice tribute to those guys risking there lives.

I love this statue and what they put on it. RBG is terrific.
