JB, love the haircut and the silverware drawer. I have way too much silverware. I used to have big parties a lot and did not like plastic tableware, so had enough spoons, forks, knives, and steak knives for 25 or 30 people.

Now I live alone and have all of that in one drawer. It is organized, but I keep thinking I should store most of it somewhere else or just give it away. I have a container in the basement where I keep all of the kitchen tools that I thought I needed, but never really used. The fancy cherry pitter, mango splitter, cheese cutter, pineapple corer, zucchini noodle maker, electric spice grinder, garlic crusher, and way too many measuring cups, tongs, serving spoons, spatulas, and stuff I never use, but can't bring myself to get rid of.

Good morning JB and Menuers,

I love today's Meme my neighbors think I am crazy running all hours of the morning in the dark and cold. However not today. My bed felt to good to get out of this morning. JB your hair looks great And Grimm handsome as always even with the mask. I want a drawer separate like that. Mine does not hold them all in a stack like that And I need more room for all the knives I own. That is great you guys can do that.

On another note I got nothing going on this weekend. Yeah!!!! Relax is in my future.

QOTD: I own a Ford Edge. LOL (Hence the lawsuit I have going on with Ford)

Accountability: I had 2 mini pumpkin Kit Kats 2 Pizzellas with coconut whip cream and 2 tablespoons peanut butter

TSS: 2 years 9 Months and 21 days 131.4 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Triple Zero Salted Caramel and a Berry mix

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin spice

L: Bacon Cheeseburger No bun and Snack select

D: RGF Stuffed chicken and Zucchini pizza bites

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Maybe after work)

Happy Friday!! Boy did we earn it this week! I had my annual appt via telephone with my surgeon yesterday. I'm a little low in protein and calcium numbers, but other than that, my blood work was great and she said keep it up. Adding another caramel calcium chew and back up to a full PP shake a day for the next quarter and will have new bloodwork done in April. She thinks I may have bottomed out on weight loss, and told me what to expect as normal for regain.

I got up early this morning, so 30 minute yoga routine, you are owned! Done and done. This weekend we are taking the RV to Carlsbad State Beach. Staying a week. But it's all dry camping and not my favorite thing to do. I guess it's one more shake out thing we should test. I told my husband last night if either of us gets over it, we can always just go home. Only 45 minutes away. I'll be commuting to work from there most of next week, but thinking of taking Wednesday off so I have an extra morning at the beach. Taking the new bikes, so I plan on several practice runs. I know experience will build confidence and I really need it on that thing.

Menu:

B: PP shake, coffee, hard boiled egg, maybe a sausage patty.

L: left over rotisserie chicken and salad

D: not in charge, don't know and don't care. The guys will have the bbq's raring at the campground and I will pick and choose what looks best and is a reasonable choice. This will be my dinner line until next Friday. Ahhh -- no cooking responsibilities for a week!!!

Pictures today are my goofy self in a helmet with the bike and the moon on the way IN to work this morning. It's so beautiful, but the photo doesn't really do it justice.

Looking at you in light clothes, its hard to imagine anyone is still in summer mode--it's been so cold here! I'm in a sweatshirt, under a blanket, right now.

normal for regain. LOL You can fight the regain. I stick to the diet and I only sway up by about 5 pounds but reign it back in as soon as I see it. Don't let them tell you there is a such thing as Normal regain. Defy Gravity!!!!

"Defy Gravity". Love that. I'm going to continue to work hard and stick to this diet! My actual 1st anniversary is Oct. 29, and I would really like to be about the same next year. It's good to hear that it's not a given that I'll put weight back on.
