100%. I mean no one could have thought it was going to be a professional, civil debate, but that was less coherent than any fight I have seen between first graders. Apparently when people called it a circus last night on Twitter, actual circus performers came out with a statement to denounce being associated with it, lol. Next, dumpster fires are going to put out a statement saying, "come on, we aren't that bad!"

I feel for those circus performers - if I were a circus performer, I would have been insulted, too!

Good morning! Rough night over here. And it's hot. already 79 and expected to be in the 100's. WTH?. The debate was a debacle and I had weird bad dreams following it and up since 2 am. At 4 I climbed out of bed and did a yoga video, so I have that going for me at least. Took the new bike out for a ride last night. Only a couple miles. Man, that thing is scary fast. I need to get lots of experience with it under my belt. Heading to a flat parking lot tonight to practice. With the e-boost on lowest, you just do like a half pedal and you are off to the races. I thought it was going to shoot out from under me at least twice. Since I am not known for my co-ordination, I need practice.

So sorry your job has come to this JB. I have a friend who is a first grade teacher and has been in class for 3 weeks now. She said she has not taught since she has been there it is all just managing. People who are remote she has to be IT and by the time everyone is logged in it is time to basically wrap it up. The school district bought a curriculum from another school district and said it is nothing really usable for the kids she is teaching. I feel bad for everyone at this point.

I was late today I had to make an Aldi run. A co-worker has a Birthday tomorrow and for the last 23 years I have made him peanut butter fudge for a gift. Ran into Aldi to get the marshmallow fluff and they had none. The audacity of them Don't they know it is fudge season? I also added a Jack Danial's fudge these past few years since he loves Jack. You got to watch it though cause it is not cooked out so we can not eat it here at work.

I am feeling much better today. I got my hair done last night and felt way better after that. I do not know what put me in that anxiety spin yesterday but glad it is over. Still praying for all of you in the Fire areas hope you all are safe.

QOTD: Quisp was my favorite is was in a blue box and it had a cartoon Martian on the box. The cereal looked like little flying Saucers. Can you tell I am a 60's kid? But now I would say cinnamon toast crunch I can eat it out of the box. I make a cinnamon toast crunch cupcake and the leftover cereal calls my name from the cupboard.

Accountability: Went great yesterday because I had hair appointment so I did not have dinner till 8:30.

I went to Giant Eagle last night to get those mangos and they did not have any. I am going to try Walmart later today. There was a recipe on here this week for a honey glazed salmon. I plan to have that with the mango salsa this week.

Thant sounds great. I got my Mangoes at Walmart and they were just a little to hard yet. it worked but I like them a little more ripe. You may need to leave them on the counter for a few days if you can't find any ripe ones in the pile.

Good to know. I had not even thought about making sure they are ripe. I was planning to have it Friday so hope I find some today.

I am glad you are feeling better! My anxiety has been high lately too. Monday, I sat in the middle of my living room floor and had a good cry! Today is a better day for me too!
