Melody,
I am sorry that you have to deal with that jerk!

What. An. Ass. Give it right back to him and start calling him "young lady". If he gets offended you can tell him that until he cares enough to get your gender right, you have no motivation to get his right.
Good morning!
QOTD - I love cereal, it does not love me back. My favorite would have to be cookie crisp, or golden grahams. Every now and then I have some dry, but, RH. So I really have to minimize it
Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee, water
Lunch - Triscuits and chickpea salad, apple, cherry tomatoes
Snack - 1/2 bagel with everything bagel hummus, pear and a mandarin
Snack - pumpkin seeds and a v8, maybe belvita crackers
Dinner - Something easy. I have some gardein crumbles in the freezer, so maybe some quick tacos! Crumbles, bean and vegan cheese!
Have a great day everyone!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

I have never had Cookie Crisp but I assumed that kids who were allowed to eat that in the morning must have been the happiest kids on earth. I hated my parents for the stupid Shredded Wheat when there were kids eating bowls of actual cookies for breakfast!
Mornin' All!
I'm feeling awful this morning -- I'm all swollen up (to the point of aching - I'm not sure what else could be causing that) from sodium and constipation, and I also over ate last night. I'm usually not a stress eater, but that debate was so disturbing that I ate. Luckily, just sugar free Jello. But two cups of it. With lots of light Cool Whip on top. After already eating up to my calorie limit. I can'****ch another debate. It was just - horrendous and embarrassing. I knew it would be painful and didn't want to watch it, but a few friends encouraged me to do so. I should have followed my instinct. I did qui****ching it part way through, but the damage (to my brain) was already done. Luckily I have nothing going on today other than an appointment to pick up a book from the library (this is how they do it now in COVID world). I was planning to bike over there to get it, but I'm not sure I can ride. We'll see how I feel this afternoon.
QOTD: when I was little I liked Life and Cap'n Crunch. When I was a little older, it was Cracklin' Oat Bran (I don't think that was available in the 60s when I was a kid - but by the time I got to high school or college, yes...). I've also always loved granola, but I haven't eaten it in a long time because of the calories (although I'll sometimes put a couple of tablespoons of Kashi Go Lean Granola on my Greek yogurt). Now my cereal of choice is Trader Joe's High Fiber Cereal.
