What's on your Wednesday Menu?
So sorry you are going through this. I'll keep you in my prayers. I lost a cousin at a young age and I know it is something you never get over. Just hope the good memories prevail.

hi all
no news from me- worked then had 1/2 day of an online conference this week. same today - I think today is the last day, it kind of wears on you sitting there the entire time and then checking emails in between. still taking it more easy food wise (shakes, yogurt- I did have shrimp and chicken yesterday)
QOTD: lucky charms (I ate all the marshmallows first then the 'healthy stuff' after, I loved frosted mini wheats, those crackling oat bran o things, we used to also get corn pops, those frog nuggets things, count chocula, frosted flakes with extra sugar, raisin bran, rice krispies which would lead to treats, cinnamon toast crunch. I really pretty much would eat any cereal. I didn't like grape nuts though.
food plan:
b: shake or protein waffle depending on If I feel ill
b2: shake or yogurt
l: probably shrimp here
d:
s: shake
When I was growing up before most people had TV's, we listened to shows on the radio. I was fascinated by Quaker Puffed Wheat and Puffed Rice because it was shot from guns. We had corn flakes, rice crispies, shredded wheat, raisin bran, grape nuts, and cheerios.
When my son was young, he went to the store with me and picked his own cereals. I remember Lucky Charms, Frosted Flakes, Count Chocula, and quite a few others that were packed with sugar and not much else. I never developed the taste for those super sweet cereals. If I would buy cereal now it would be Fiber One, Kashi Go Lean or some mixture of granola.

Good morning all. Thanks for getting us going as usual JB.
what a long night! I was up half of it coughing my lungs up. The only thing that seemed to help was some sinus soother tea. I've got to be honest...I'm tired of snot. Sorry for the TMI but yeah...sick of it.
I've got an appointment with my cataract surgeon this morning. It's only the 4th time I've had to reschedule. I don't like him at all. He kept referring to me as a he. Even after he was corrected. Then went on to tell me my voice is just masculine so he was confused. What an ass. He had little man syndrome I guess and was weirded out by me being so much taller than him. Hahaha
qotd: my latest fav is the Raisin Bran with bananas. As a kid peanut butter captain crunch.
b: GF pumpkin bread and coffee
l: chicken chili, daiya cheese
d: squash and not sure what else
s: popcorn, ???
