Lol! I love Queen too ... Started the day with my usual chai tea fat free sugar free enormous latte ( at about 2 am- had a project to complete - did that by five, went back to bed slept till 7:15 dressed walked to a beachside 12 step meeting with enormous pumpkin spice sugar free coffee latte in hand , half-sugar fat free homemade fudge brownie in pocket.

Munched that down while getting my head right- walked home, made ( fat free - sound like a theme? ) egg white scramble made fluffy and good w reconstituted fat free milk, butter buds and fat free American cheese slices.

Made low-fat Margherita pizza for lunch - herbed pizza dough, commercial pizza sauce with spices and butter buds added, fat free shredded mozzarella and some fresh mozzarella ( just a bit for taste ) and lots of fresh basil.

Will warm up some kind of soup base for dinner - thinking lobster bisque ( have some leftover lobster meat to include ) . This is a commercial product- 21 grams of fat a serving - but I dilute it by half with powdered milk and butter buds.

Lowfat ice milk bar from Aldis or Yasso ... popcorn ( kettle cooked organic heirloom American Indian purple hulled is my favorite these days ) an enormous bowlful bigger than my head with Marie something salt sprinkles if I crave salt and maybe Parmesan Cheese . Chamomile tea w ginger and fat free milk.

I hope your boss is back soon. Your job sounds stressful enough with everyone there!

qotd - I went with the counter depth fridge/freezer, it doesn't have much space but that's fine. My freezer mostly has chicken, jalapeño cheddar buffalo sausage, portioned ground beef, frozen left over casserole portions, and grain free English muffins, plus assorted RGF frozen meals.

It's been a day, starting with a note from my boss saying call me after your caffeinated..at 515 this morning. But I just logged off and am catching up on things before I had to back to back Pilates classes.

Nothing I eat is appealing to me today. I've most just picked at a few bites of this and a few bites of that. Will probably have a bit of cheese before my first class and call it good.

Quick super late pop-in after a long day of doing bills, going to the probate court to file something and meeting Mike for lunch and a beach walk. Whew - adulting and dating eat up time!

QOTD: My freezer is quite large (side-by-side). It has meat, frozen fruit, Trader Joe items, a few healthy choice meals, some pre-made crab cakes and a bottle of vodka. All the necessities LOL!
