What's on your Monday Menu?
Good morning JB and Menuers,
Seems like its been forever since I have been here and it was only a few short days. I am always glad to be back after vacation but since this was a mini stay cation I am not really happy to be back at work. I can do a few more days off, especially since the leaves are starting to change and the weather is lovely here. We finally got the pool closed yesterday but it was used all the way up till Saturday. Today should be another 80° day. But the news is saying it is all down hill from here. Let's just see how it impacts my morning run. I do have a dread mill if all else fails. Oh and I also have that Gym membership I used to use. I guess I'll get it in some how.
We had a great day of fishing Friday I'll post the photo on Friday. We all limited out and when we got home I fried fish for DH and MOM they said it was the best fish ever. I waited to eat fish till yesterday because I won't eat fried fish so I marinated it and grilled it. I had friends over for the Steeler game and we all enjoyed Fish tacos with homemade mango salsa and guacamole. So Yummy and the Steelers won there 3rd game in a row. It was a great day yesterday.
QOTD: I used to love America's got talent. I would set the DVR so I would not miss it. Now with the Covid-19 it didn't do anything for me this season. I have not even watched the finally yet to see who won.

That is so funny about your cat.
Looking at your menu I am missing Fit Frappe, haven't ordered some in awhile. I am in a use-up-what-you-have mode...especially with protein powders.
That sweet potato wrap looks especially yummy too.
I can't even write a menu - I have so not known want I want to eat....I basically have chicken prepped and have some eggs in fridge.... Acid has been acting up which makes eating solid food challenging, just feels stuck....
Premier Protein latte with small amount coffee
Protein Pancakes
Chicken and veggies
Chaffle and Turkey sausage
Protein powder
EX: Plugging away. haven't gone back to gym, and I guess am leaving it that way as with the move will have to workout on own anyway....
