I don't know if they have the brand there but it's Falafel King. Pop them in the airfryer and yum.

Good morning y'all, Happy Monday.

QOTD - Some of the movies I loved growing up. Example, Bio Dome. We re-watched it and it's so misogynistic, rapey and cringeworthy I just can't even.

Yesterday, I had one of the worst RH experiences to date, in all of my 11 years. I will be watching everything very closely this week to see if I can avoid it.

Breakfast - fasting, so hot black coffee and water

Lunch - tofu/kale/soyrizo scramble, onions and tomato, covered with vegan chao cheese. NO crackers, no bread

Snack - Celery with chickpea salad, pepitas

Snack - dairy free yogurt with chia seeds and hemp seed hearts

Dinner - Something veggie, maybe beans with vegan cheese as well.

It sucks. And crazy thing is, I eat relatively healthy ALL the freaking time. Yesterday, it was cereal. I made the mistake of having about a half a cup of DRY frosted flakes with marshmallows as a treat. I know better. It hit me so hard, to the point where my husband was a little freaked out. So this week I will be watching every single bite. I also bought a new blood glucose testing system, since it's been years since I've had one.

hi all

well my weekend was sitting in the house - still no test results... so impatient waiting some more--- apparently they are back logged? its been almost a week and this is not ok. I've still had no appetite, having 3 shakes a day and a 'sensible' meal- I sound like a slimfast ad. then the sensible meal makes me ill and want to puke. so at least I'm down a few pounds... I was actually hoping for more on the scale this morning after all of this.

QOTD: Can't think of anything but agree on the john hughes movies and little mermaid.

so food will be more of the same today:

Interesting point on The Little Mermaid.

I also realize that we have gotten somewhat lax around here and will need to tighten up especially in Florida. The community spread is so low here on the Cape that we almost don't think about it other than wearing masks. I was so surprised at how bustling the North End of Boston was on Saturday night though the rest of the city was pretty darn quiet during the day.

For those paying attention to my courting... Mike and I had a great weekend in Boston. We stayed at a fantastic place and ate out at a wonderful Italian restaurant. Today he is coming to hang out - maybe watch a movie if it is raining. Any suggestions on a good movie to stream?

QOTD: Nothing coming to mind but I will let you know if something bubbles up in my brain later.
