  1. I have a Pinterest that may help give you a few ideas for mixing its Pinterest.com/LezetteChristineMua and I'm working on new recipes all the time. If you have any specific foods you liked before surgery that you'd like to suggest for me to try to come up with a hack I'm always creating. I was in culinary school many years ago before I had my 1st daughter who is now 22 and I love to cook and create. So feel free to challenge my creativity ?

oh man am glad you talked about these points. I have the exact same problems.

I am now 2 weeks post op and I cannot do any protein shakes or clear protein drinks.

I can barely drink 2 bottles of water a day maybe 1200 ml and I am for sure not able to get any vitamins in.

I wake up feeling very nauseous and that lasts for hours. I cant even drink water without having to gag.

and no energy. I can do light house work but I need to be able to sit every 10-15 min or I can feel my self starting to faint.

I am worried that I might be very dehydrated and maybe malnourished.

I have an appointment with my surgeon next week and I will be bringing these topics up

hopefully we can find solutions for these

If you're getting less than 2 bottles of water a day, you are likely dehydrated. You should call your doctor now, not wait until your appt next week.

Congrats! Better sooner, I say! Get some Bone Broths, creamed soups (if they are on your plan) and flavorless protein. Things that were warm rally helped my new pouch feel a bit better.

Congratulations on making it this far!
