The "Reclast Flu" is why my providers won't give them out unless you are at death's door. I mean, it sounds like it sucks but not worth not giving it at all, right?
my endocrinologist is going to re-assess next year to see if I should start around three-year round of Reclast (after a year "holiday") or start on a stronger drug (another infusion, I'm guessing). I think a lot of those osteoporosis drugs are in the same - or similar - class, so I'm guessing they'll have similar side effects. Ugh. Oh well - at least I'm feeling better today!
Good Morning and Happy Friday-Eve. JB- hope you can have some strong coffee today?!?! Love the fishy light pic.

Grim will be at your doorstep to take those leftover mashed potatoes off your hands.
Funny story, the first year John and were hosting Thanksgiving for his mom and grandma at my apartment (we had been dating since January) and he was totally shocked to see me making mashed potatoes from actual potatoes. He had only ever seen his mom make from the box/flakes.....ewwwe right?!?!? Then there was the year I clogged our kitchen sink with peels... on Thanksgiving (that was an expensive plumber visit since they ended up having to snake the sink from the roof).
Good morning!
Just a little overcast today. Our marine layer is burning off fast this morning. I got up and did 40 minutes of yoga to start my day and I feel pretty fabulous right this minute! Taking the RV out tonight, so it's a new commute for me for the next few days and the grand girls arrive tomorrow afternoon. I'd better get some good sleep tonight as there will be no rest for the weary over the next 3 days. Those girls are constant motion.
QOTD: when my mom was alive, we had to have orange jello with mandarin orange sections and walnuts at every holiday. I always had a bit, but don't miss it. But it does always say holidays to me when I think about it.
Menu
B: emiepie egg salad
L: left over Char Siu and salad
D: charcuterie plate and wine!
Peace everyone!

My mom always makes a jello thing too, but hers is actually good! It's more like a cranberry relish, than a 70s jello. I can't describe it in a way that people ever think sounds edible, though--it has walnuts, and celery and oranges and probably 100 other things in cherry jello.

Ugh. What a dumpster fire of a ****ty day today turned out to be.
I got a letter saying I was no longer disabled. Apparently they counted my diabetes was the reason I couldn't work. So I am appealing it with new information with my back. It's so freaking asinine. My mental health is still the same. It even said my anxiety went from average to severe.
I'm not handling it well. At. All. I will be getting a lawyer or try to any way. I can't even go to the SSA office here in town due to Covid. I'm pissed. Hurt. And very very angry.
