Thank you!
I do have an Etsy store but never had luck with prints. I do sell tutorials for chainmaille but I'm not very confident with made pieces. I need to work on it.

Happy Thursday everyone! It rained last night. I love sleeping with the windows open and hearing the rain.
My food was on point again yesterday.
QOTD- Bruchetta and chicken and dumplings. Whenever my kids are home, they always request both.
JB- Thank you so much for the scallops recipe. I am going to try it. It looks yummy!
My food plan for today-
Taco omelet
Tuna with onions, pickles and mayo
Maybe chicken? I may just eat leftovers
Mornin' All!
well FedEx was supposed to deliver DH's new office chair yesterday, so we stayed home ALL DAY near the door, and I got a text around 2:00 saying they tried to deliver but no one was home. WTF?? If the idiot had only rung the doorbell or knocked, we would have answered in two seconds! I was absolutely livid - and I did NOT want a repeat of that today. They have seven-hour delivery windows, who in the heck has time to sit in one spot for seven hours? And what if we got another person who just slapped a post-it on our door saying we weren't home after not even bothering to knock or ring the bell? So I'm having them hold it at one of the FedEx stations in town and we'll go pick it up. I should just do that from now on. Ridiculous!
I had a "flu-like" reaction to my Reclast infusion yesterday (fever, headache, chills, muscle aches), but I'm feeling better today. My (retired) doctor friend was worried it might be COVID, but those symptoms are also a pretty common reaction to Reclast. I figured if it only lasted a day or two, I was OK. So....I think that's all it was and I'm COVID-free! I may go out and bike this afternoon if I'm back to 100%.
accountability hasn't been the greatest lately. For the last few days, I've been at or over my calorie range. Although my weight is stable. I think it's all the bike riding. I need to get back on track, though, because I'm afraid my weight will start going up once it's too cold to bike.
QOTD: nothing really. My mother never liked cooking. When I was a kid she'd make the same three or four things (like spaghetti or chicken breasts baked in mushroom soup) - and she'd occasionally get on some kick and make the same dish over and over again for a few months (I remember her taco phase in the 70s - I swear we'd eat them twice a week). I'm a pretty good cook, but I don't have routines. I'm always looking for something new to make when I cook. Although one dish I make every Thanksgiving is this sweet potato streusel topped with pecans, crystallized ginger, and coconut. It appeared in Bon Appetit magazine in 1995 and it's always a huge hit. So I guess that...
TSS: 5y3m
B: homemade pumpkin yogurt topped with 1/3 C TJ's High Fiber Cereal, coffee with half & half
MS: Fit Frappe
L: tomato sandwich and a Costco chicken skewer
AS: L&F yogurt with raspberries, light English muffin with light cream cheese
D: turkey breast slices and this leftover sweet potato dish I made last night
have a great day, everyone!!

We've had the same thing happen....except our front door was open...he slowed down and slowly drove by but didn't stop. We were irate and had a few calls in.
we also once had usps throw a marked fragile box into the yard. We have a fenced in front yard but we were on the porch.
