Good morning!

It's foggy and damp this morning. Fall really is in the air. Struggling with some work challenges today. Hope to be the victor and not let them win. I've got PT today and tonight we are loading the RV and taking the grand girls to the beach for a couple days. I will still be working, driving from the campground. We will get there tomorrow, and the girls on Friday. I'm having them picked up at lunch on Sunday so I have a few hours to rest and relax before returning the to the work grind. Hoping for cool temps and sunshine.

QOTD: right here, any cabin A-F http://www.crystalpier.com/cottages.php . With a glass of wine on the patio and my girlfriends and I chatting up storm.

Menu:

coffee! Emiepie egg salad

L: leftover pad thai chicken I made. Not a winning recipe, but lots of veggies and I want to not waste. Will try again with a different recipe for sure. Craving that peanut butter sauce sensation.

D: tilapia, broccoli, salad

Peace Everyone!

Happy hump day! I am above my weight range today. Accountability = none, though I had an enjoyable meal with my children and SIL.

Tonight I am out to dinner with Mike, a very close long term friend of his and the friend's wife. Fancy restaurant but Mike says they are sort of quiet understated people so maybe they are trying to impress me??? Anyway I have decided on black pants, a sweater and heels instead of a dress.

QOTD: At the beach on Cape Cod of course, but it might be at the National Seashore instead of my local beaches because they really have been so beautiful.

TSS: 4 years, 6 months

B: Coffee!!! Scrambled eggs and cottage cheese

L: deli chicken and laughing cow cheese

D: pan seared salmon I think (I checked the menu)

S: WW one point muffin and/or strawberry-blueberry-cheesecake yogurt pie

Frustratingly, TJs does not allow Instacart and will not adapt to the new COVID world with their own delivery service. I am back out to see mom on Thursday night, so I will stop by again on Friday on my way home and try again! This time I will have snacks with me for the line, lol.
