We must be very close Oglebay is only about 30 minutes from my home. I live in Canonsburg PA Just outside of Pittsburgh but pretty much I am halfway between Wheeling and Pittsburgh. I did not know you were that close.

QOTD - Two recommendations I can think of.
1, (which I don't use anymore) would be Click protein espresso powder. That stuff was SERIOUSLY good.
2. Follow Michelle Vicari (@eggface on Twitter). Her website, twitter, etc. really really helped me when I was a newb. Such good information.
Breakfast - Fasting, so hot coffee, water
Lunch - Vegan taco (grilled veggies and avocado)
Snack - 1/2 bagel, everything bagel hummus, tofu "egg" patty, vegan cheese
Snack - pumpkin seeds/hemp seed hearts, watermelon
Snack - vegan hot dog with mustard
I'm back at work, so this will probably be all day eats. I've been stopping my eating window at 5PM, as eating from 11am to 5pm seems to work better than 12pm to 6pm.

Eggface is the best. She helped me become the gourmet protein shake chef that I believe I am, lol.
Good morning. I am up and at them early today. At my desk and it's pitch black out. New employee starting today that I am very excited about. Should be a good day all around.
Had lunch with the kids yesterday, and ate almost a whole bbq bacon burger (hold the bun). I'm beginning to understand the concept of small pouch days and big. I could hardly get a thing in on Saturday, but had a fairly big day for me on Sunday. Also, I am just learning to eat fish after years of insisting that I hated it. I made crusted tilapia in the air fryer Friday and the chopped it up for fish tacos. Tortillas for the hubs, egg white wrap for me. So good!
QOTD Emiepie egg salad for sure. That's a staple now. I've hunted down the Carbmaster cinnamon raisin cottage cheese and I'm currently on the hunt for SF peppermint creamer. All thanks to you folks. I read your menus everyday, and I look for ways to incorporate what I have in my pantry. Helps so much.

No PP shakes for me for 5 days now. Meeting the protein number without it, so I'm finding other ways to enjoy those calories.

Carbmaster cinnamon raisin cottage cheese is the bomb. We do not have Kroger Grocery here only near Wheeling WV. Unfortunately we don't venture down there since the pandemic but that would be a nice car ride this weekend for fall foliage and Cottage cheese. I'm definite talking DH into the ride.
