What's on your Monday Menu?
I kept hearing how great it was and could not find it near me. Then one day I called their 800 number and they told me the name of a store that sold it and it just a few miles from my house.

Forgot to ask - do you recommend Morally Indefensible? It's on my list but time is just limited right now. I haven't even started the Vow!

I am enjoying it. It has lots of audio from MacDonald, good recreations of court testimony. Very much an indictment of Joe McGinnis for sure.

Good morning all! Stayed up way too late last night and now I'm paying for it. It's gonna be a rough Monday. I need a nap! Lol Accountability was good yesterday. This was actually the first weekend where I did not venture off plan and cheat like I normally do.
QOTD: There are so many I feel, but I'm still half asleep and my brain isn't quite working properly so please forgive me because I know I'm going to leave a lot out and don't remember *****commended what. Just a few that I can remember....smart scale, ricotta bake when I was on soft foods (I still sometimes eat that to this day because it's so damn good!), book on compulsive eating, chaffles, laughing cow cheese and sf jam on a rice cake (I do remember JB recommended this one!)....there's so much I'm leaving out!
B: coffee w/Splenda and sf creamer x 2
B2: protein shake (premier shake mixed with a frozen banana)
L: 2 oz low sodium turkey breast and a hard boiled egg
D: boneless skinless chicken breast over salad
S: L&F Greek yogurt and raspberries
Surgery: RNY on 1/23/19
Chaffles that is a good one. I forgot about those. I do like those so much. I will have to start making them again maybe since I have a super long weekend I'll make them for breakfast one morning.
HW 299 SW 290 CW 139 GW 140 2/08/2019 OPERATION: Surgical Hernia with excision of total surface area of 55 x 29 cm of abdominal skin.
Good morning! It is hard to adjust to the chilly temperatures that have arrived! I can't believe that it is officially Fall tomorrow though the weather is consistent with that.
I may look into those Zoo Lights. It would be good to find another activity other than daytime walks. Mike and I are getting together today but I'm not sure what we are doing yet.
QOTD: There are many recipes I have gotten from people on OH. For instance: Emiepie egg salad and the WW 1 point muffins I make on a regular basis. Sometimes it is just ideas of what to put together for a meal that I find super helpful.
TSS: 4 years, 6 months
B: Coffee!!! WW banana and egg pancake
L: deli chicken and laughing cow cheese
D: light crab cake and veggies (?)
S: WW one point muffin and/or strawberry-blueberry-cheesecake yogurt pie

Oh yes I have to thank you for the 1 point muffins! I finally got the Cinnamon Oat--it's the best!
Quick post before I have to wake hubby up for work. Miss Lily and I have our first walk in and will do more later. Some evenings lately she hasn't wanted to do a long walk,so I just let her do what she wants and go more by myself. QOTD my mind is blank right now. Those lights are fantastic. I just added that display to my bucket list. When we are able to travel again, I want to see those lights.
There is a wonderful Christmas light show in Oglebay Park, West Virginia, that is about 100 mile drive for me. I won't do that drive anymore because the drive at night through mountains with possible ice and snow is too stressful. However I do take a bus trip to the display.
But this year there will be no bus trips due to the virus. Another thing I like to do is haunted hayrides. That will not be happening this year either. I am going to a socially distanced candlelight vigil tonight for RBG. It is bring your own candle because it would not be safe to pass out candles for people to use. We are also setting up an area where people can leave signs or small stones. Because RBG was Jewish, the tradition is to leave a small stone as a memorial.
I know I found out about so many great things on here. The ricotta bake was wonderful right after surgery. Also learned about Premier Protein shakes here. It is great that people find great ideas and share them.
