What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Good morning, and happy Friday!
QOTD - I've learned to make bomb ass Mexican food since being home. I mean legit, homemade. Tortillas. Enchilada sauce. All from scratch. I even make double batches so we can have enchiladas once a week.
Breakfast - fasting so water, topo chico, hot black coffee
Lunch - I didn't plan or bring anything to work. Not sure about going out, but I will maybe grab a sandwich or something
Snack - I have an apple and there's other fruits here
Dinner - well last night was a bust and I had spaghettios, and was in bed by 6. Tonight, something tasty and not cooked by me.
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning all! I'm grumpy this morning as my scale said I'm up another pound. I don't get why. I've been really focusing on getting my fluids in and eating right. Grrr.
Not much planned for today. We have my nephew all day and will pick the girls up from school later. Other than that I'm pretty sure we'll stay put all day. I'm in a terrible mood.
qotd: I'm not sure. I've learned the tru colors of some folks I know in the neighborhood...not sure it's a good thing! LOL
menu will be posted tonight!
One of the biggest things to Amarillo's name is Cadillac Ranch. I can't find my pics so this will have to do. It and Route 66 oh and big Texan restaurant...where you can eat a ginormous steak and fixings for free if you fini**** in an hour(ewww).
other pics are just random.

Melody those pictures are amazing. I love the black and white one of the long horns. I'll admit I am a bit surprised at the condition of them. Those are a beef breed and should not look like milking cows. Surprised the rancher would drive them through the town. None the less you take very beautiful pictures.

We were surprised too. They told us these were older longhorns and that they were pets. Whether that's true or not...who knows!
thank you so much! I need to get back to taking more photos soon :)

Amazing pics! We DEFINITELY don't have that in Boston, lol! I went to Dallas once when I was much younger, and that's the only time I've seen TX. So different than the Northeast--it's no wonder that we act like we are in different countries most of the time.
