What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Please continue to share anything you learn from these books! I think we all have aspects of compulsive eating issues to wrestle with.
Good morning, everybody!
Thank you for the well-wished yesterday. The procedure went pretty good, but I wouldn't take it up as a hobby. I took a nap for a couple of hours and was able to make 6:30 Crossfit, feeling pretty good. Today, I am still on antibiotics, but I don't need any more pain meds.
I have another crazy day today - Off to the hospital to get my one year labs, then to a doctor's appointment and then to play golf back in my home town. I think that I finally get back to my house at about 4:00. In between, I will be eating some soft foods.
Have a great day, all!

This is a Friday of miracles! Youngest son has been six weeks with no money as he's been waiting for a decision on his eligibility for unemployment. Today the money is there. Miss Lily and I have our first walk in and will do more later. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L taco salad D 4 oz of whatever protein hubby cooks. QOTD how to put down the snap together flooring. Pics are from Pine Creek camp:the creek,a weird burl on a tree and Lily at her favorite watering hole.

Yay for Friday miracles! Love the middle pic of Miss Lily!
Good for you working with Excel. Vlookups and Pivot tables are great features that I use to use all the time. We used to actually build applications with an Excel front-end or back-end periodically.
The smoky skies were weird yesterday. It was an odd haze and we could smell it on the Cape once in a while. My son has an air purifier that he was running all day. It doesn't seem to be around today with the rain and less wind.
I think today might be a day not seeing Mike, though that seems odd. On the other hand maybe he will come out and we will watch a movie while snuggling on the couch. Below is a picture of the little cottage we stayed in for a night which was really romantic. It was a stones throw from the beach and the open-air restaurant. Our waitress and one other commented on how sweet we looked together. I am thinking we looked like moony teens in elderly bodies...
QOTD: Not too interesting, but I learned that smoke alarms in Massachusetts have to be hard-wired with a battery backup by law which means an electrician is needed to replace them...
TSS: 4 years, 6 months

L: tuna salad and cottage cheese

What are zoo lights? Sounds interesting. The camp name is hilarious, but the sign looks like something out of a horror movie.
I love this question of the day because I just recently started learning painting techniques. I love to draw but wanted to try my hand at painting with different brushes etc. I think it will also help me when I get that urge to mindlessly eat -
Breakfast - coffee with sf hazelnut. 3 egg omelet with mushrooms and tomatoes.
Lunch - beef with broccoli Stir fry
Dinner - shrimp boil (I'm skipping the potato and corn and only eating shrimp/sausage)
So I'm trying to cut down to three meals and no snacks. If I find myself hungry I have some Babybel cheese I'll add
