Good Morning JB and Menuers,

I am not a cat person at all but I have to admit those are some gorgeous looking cats. And I like the lesson they taught us all the morning.

I did find a lawyer who wants to move forward with my lemon law case. I am very happy because Ford promised and extended warranty and also they would make a car payment since they had my car for 33 days and non of it has come to fruition. I am sure Ford will not be happy but I think I will. I still do not feel like this vehicle is driving like it should to the point I only drive to work and home.

QOTD: I am not a cartoon person at all. Maybe a psychedelic world like the Beatles movie yellow submarine.

Accountability: To many pistachios and grazing instead of sitting down to dinner.

Accountability: I had an Almond Blueberry mix from Aldi and a Tuscan white bean salad that I snacked on.

TSS: 2 years 9 Months and 6 days 133.6 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Triple Zero salted caramel Greek yogurt and Berries

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin spice

L:Turkey burger and roasted zucchini.

D: Crockpot sirloin roast I put in a can of cranberry jelly and dry onion soup mix. and hope fully Tuscan bean salad

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done)

Everybody have a Great day.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy

Good morning, everybody!

I decided to go with the Houndstooth Cassanova bag, Thank You all for the advice yesterday. Of course, I haven't received any confirmation of my order, so we will see if I actually get anything. There is a hold on my credit card, so maybe the store just doesn't work 24 hours.

This morning, I have to get dental implant, so I'm not sure what my food will be for the day. I have never had one before, but I am told that I have already been through the worst part (getting the old tooth extracted last April). My Endodontist said some people have been out to dinner the night of getting the implant. I'm not counting on that.

Between the pain meds and the amoxicillin, I am concerned that Friday Happy Hour is at risk.

QOTD: Mr. Magoo. Slow driving, absent mindedness, and genial affluence. Right up my alley.

Breakfast: Protein bar and four amoxicillin

After that, we will see.

Gotta say, I had a pretty bad implant experience but it was 20+ years ago now, so hopefully the process has gotten better since then. The process itself was unbearable (and I am not squeamish about dental stuff) and still slides loose and is uncomfortable. I hate the damn thing. Hope yours in painless :)

I was doing income taxes for a guy a few months ago. He had gotten seven implants and paid the dentist $35,000. His son was working with him and said, "My dad is putting my inheritance into his mouth".
