8 years Wow Karen that is amazing. How often do you take a day off? Do you get in at least 10,000 steps a day? What a role model you are for the rest of us. Thanks for coming and sharing with us. We need to know that living this lifestyle is real and we can make it work.

I average 10,000 steps a day. Usually a bit less on weekends but way more during the week when we are working. Yesterday I had over 12,000.

Such handsome cats. Funny about the diet (not diet) food!

I am sitting in the cutest little cottage looking out at the ocean. Mike is so sweet and romantic. We had a great day yesterday and are drinking our coffee in a heavenly place. Here is the sign on our cottage (they each have a different name):

QOTD: The Jetsons I think. I'd like to have the robot maid, the thing that makes dinners, and the flying cars.

TSS: 4 years, 5 months

B: Coffee!!!

L: Probably tuna salad and cottage cheese

D: Probably leftover swordfish from last night

S: strawberry cheesecake yogurt pie

That is so romantic. I am so happy for you and Mike. It seems like you two kids were meant to find each other.

Good morning everyone!

what a strange night. Lots of dreams and nightmares, choppy sleep at it's worst and lots of pain. So add me to those that are dragging. So so soooo tired.

the pumpkin butter turned out so good! The only thing I'd change is the sweetener I used. It's getting that stevia isn't my favorite. It's not horrible but just not as good as it could be. The soup was blah. I'll eat on it but yeah...blah

no big plans for the day that I know of...that of course may change.

qotd: hmmm. I never watched cartoons on my own accord but if I had to pick on my nephew watched tru and the rainbow kingdom(or something like that). It looks fun.

b: egg, pumpkin bread and coffee later

l: soup with plant based sour cream and a banana

d: thinking Italian of some sort...I'm just not sure yet

s: popcorn, apple and a kiwi or two

Stevia has the most bitter aftertaste to me. I know it is better for you than most of the other sweeteners but I hate it!

Yeah...it does. I don't mind the liquid kind I put in my coffee but the granulated stuff...it's just bitter tasting.

When I'm out of the stuff I'll be looking for something else!

I use swerve for baking. It doesn't have the Stevia aftertaste.
