Good morning! So last night we got the wok smoking hot and produced food like a Panda Express! Char Siu Pork (Korean bbq), Lo mein, fried rice. I made a small side pan of cauliflower fried rice for me. We need some practice, but dinner was great and ended up being about a total of 6 meals for the hubs and I. Caution -- this is not MY plate of food:
So much fun, but pretty certain we used nearly every dish in the kitchen. Tonight I am meeting my girlfriend for our once a month dinner. I have the dogs at work with me today as my husband is going golfing at a course 2 hours away. Too long for them to have to stay home alone. One is already crashed out beneath my chair. Yesterday was super busy at work, hoping for the same today.
QOTD: Cool, crisp evenings, being able to light the candles, and wearing sweaters. I have been haunting the clearance sections on line of my favorite stores the last couple months and have replaced all my sweaters. I gave away the dozen or two I had before surgery, and now have like 6 that I just am dying to wear. But the heat and humidity here is not cooperating with me. Yet.
Menu:
B: coffee and 1/2 PP shake. Chicken bits a little later
L: left over tri tip and broccoli mash
D: Definitely splitting chicken fajitas. No rice, no tortillas. I think they start making it as soon as we show up at the place because we order it every single time.
I'm wearing all fall colors today. I could be a scarecrow on a fence if needed. I'm hoping to convince the weather God's to take pity on me! Peace everyone!

Good Morning JB and Menuers,
JB seriously normal? There is nothing normal about the world we are living in today. However I do wish you a day without stress and aggravation. Maybe that can be normal.
I woke up to a 46° run this morning. Wow dark and cold is not fun. I may be going back to running after work but we will see for now I am going to try to keep getting it done in the morning. Maybe mother nature will work with me for at least a few more weeks.
QOTD: The only thing I like about fall is the Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice creamer from ID. Yes the colors are great on the trees, I get to pull out the cowboy boots, yadda yadda . I like it hot 80° but prefer the temps in the high 90's and I love the long days of summer. Not a fan of the short days and I don't like jeans and sweater. I prefer summer so much more.
Accountability: I looked in the garbage and there were wrappers from 100 calorie cashews, lily's chocolate covered caramels, and a laughing cow cheese.
TSS: 2 years 9 Months and 4 days 134 (lowest 130.8)
CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice w/Miralax and Fiber
MS: Oikos Triple Zero Blueberry Greek yogurt and Berries

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium
Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done)
Everybody have a Great week.
Brightest Blessings
Chrissy

Good Morning! JB-I hope the rest of the week goes as well as yesterday and that there is no "sick out" on Friday. Em is auditioning for a play today so we should find out this afternoon if she has a call-back for Friday. She was bummed about not getting a part in the musical she auditioned for last week so I am so proud of her for getting back at it so quickly!
