Morning! PT has released me from using the crutch for daily life (still need to use it if I need to walk any kind of distance and up/down stairs). I have such a huge leg length difference now that we're hoping it will go back, but it's hard to walk without a limp because of it and that's one of the conditions of staying off the crutch. I'm also going to try and drive today - just in my 25mph neighborhood.

QOTD: When I lived in NY I hated Fall. It was such a quick down slide from crisp, cool, pretty weather to ****ty snow. I also always loved spring because it was also nice weather but held the promise of summer. Now that I'm in N.C. the slow cool down, crisp morning walks, and the new flower smells make me happy.

My Food:

  • Coffee w/ Cream x3
  • Pepperoni, Cheese, Steamed Veggies
  • TBD, it's Jon's dinner night. We'll see what he comes up with.

whoo-hoo for moving forward without the crutch....and being able to drive! Not being able to drive stresses me out, even when I have nowhere to go, lol.

Good morning menu friends! Miss Lily and I have our first long walk in and will do more later. We both love the cooler temperatures for our walks and that and pumpkin spice coffee is my answer to QOTD. Went to Goodwill last night and found some new sweaters and Jean's. I decided I need to replace some things as most of my sweaters are from when I had my surgery--8 years ago! Yes I'm a bit frugal! Notice I went to Goodwill not Kohl's! Found a sweater and jeans from Hollister and a sweater and jeans from American Eagle all for 30 dollars. Being in urban areas makes a big difference in the quality and brands of clothes you find for sure. Accountability was perfect both food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.2. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 c black bean soup D last of the foo parties. Pretty good to get 3 meals out of one order! Have a great day full of healthy choices and stay safe everyone! More pics from Pine Creek camp, just because!

I love finding bargains like that at Goodwill or consignment stores. There is so much variety and you just have to take time to look through it. I am cleaning out closets so will be at the back door of Goodwill first, and then the front door for fall and winter sweaters and tops.

Good morning, happy Taco Tuesday.

Fall is my favorite season. We start to get a little relief from the heat, and I really enjoy the cooler mornings. Plus, I enjoy all things spooky so I immerse myself in them from September 1 through November 2nd, then we start planning for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The last quarter of the year goes so fast, I am hoping this one is the same.

Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee, water

Lunch - soyrizo, kale, tofu scramble with vegan cheese, crackers and tomatoess

Snack - fruit smoothie with oat milk, frozen frui****er, chia seeds and hemp seed hearts

Snack - PB&J or apple with peanut butter

Dinner - veggies and pasta, maybe some crispy tofu

Have a good day everyone.

Christina

Good morning, everybody!

I had a fun day playing golf yesterday. My flighty partner never showed up, so we just played as a threesome and I got to keep his 12 free golf balls, so I got 24. Also, I ate his cookies.

Today, I have back to back phone calls all day long.

QOTD: Football. But, I love fall overall.

Breakfast: Protein bar

Lunch:hamburger

Dinner: Hello Fresh

Have a great day, all!
