What's on your Tuesday Menu? ?
One of the great things about fall is that is when I clean and organize drawers and closets. I used to dump every single thing on the bed on a Saturday morning and then work furiously until it was completely reorganized on Sunday night around midnight.
Now I have all the time in the world to work on it, so do a drawer at a time. I spend a lot of time making sure each item has its own home. I normally do laundry once a week and put each item back into its proper place, so I never lose the organization once it is established.
I follow the Maria Kondo of putting items in rows like in a file cabinet. That way I can always see everything in a drawer and nothing is hidden by having another article stacked on top of it. What I am mostly doing now is getting rid of things that have a lot of wear and then deciding what to replace for fall and winter.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I'm glad you had a break yesterday. What a tough role you are in!
I am going to drive everyone crazy, but I had another great, romantic day with Mike yesterday walking the beach, seeing seals and a sunset after dinner. Today I am shifting gears and having lunch on the harbor with my support group friends and tomorrow having lunch with a bunch of my Cape Cod girlfriends. AND I am back in my weight range. Only by .4 but it is better than being over it as I was yesterday!
QOTD: I love apples from the New England orchards too. I also love how crisp the air is so the blues and greens are enhanced. We really don't get much color change in the trees on the Cape, but I used to love that in western and northern New England. And of course there are pumpkin spice smells and tastes!

I am happy for them as well. But seal watching isn't a thing. They are as common as squirrels in Massachusetts.
