Good morning JB and Menuers,
I was up at 5:30 and was out doing my run by 6:00AM. So glad I did it in the dark because when the sun came up it was super cloudy and dreary. Their saying no rain but I am having a hard time believing it.
JB you look fantastic. I want to pet that dog and Eat that Charcutier platter. I also would love to go to a beach but I do not see that in the near future. No plans for the weekend except dinner with friends at a Mexican place tomorrow night sso I will not be baking any cheesecakes or any tempting delights this weekend.
Today is my last day of taking calls for my co-worker and I'll be glad to slow down here at work. I have reached out to a lawyer about my car so we are just putting together the portfolio to see if I have a case. I have had my car back for 13 days and the dealership has still not given me a service report. I will be calling them as soon as I am done here.
QOTD: Usually head to bed around 10:00pm and I wake at 5:30 to run. Usually in the shower by 7 and off to work by 8:30. Lately my sleep has been interrupted by hot flashes. I see the OBGYN next month I will see if he has something to help. I am sure all the coffee I drink(28oz) is not helping.
Accountability. I think I did well yesterday.

That picture of you cleaning the windows is hilarious. I saw your note yesterday about a cooling mattress pad - I am shocked that doesn't exist but I think I've only seen the cooling pillow....you might have a business idea right there!

Good morning and Happy Friday Friends! I'm looking forward to a busy day and a fun lunch with a friend at the picnic table in our work complex. I wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude on this day for everyone who has ever been in public service, military, first responders, support system positions to first responders or family of military and front liners. These are strange and challenging times we are in, but thank you for being there and being brave. I appreciate you.
QOTD: S-Th in bed about 9, read for about 15 minutes then lights out. I start waking up about 4 am, do some stretching/yoga/PT type exercises slowly waking up my body and then bolt out of bed at 5 am. Friday and Saturday we occasionally stay up later, and I try to sleep until my body says enough. Usually out of bed by 7 am.
Menu:
B: coffee and 1/2 PP shake. Jerky and Whisps in a bit.
L: splitting an egg salad sandwich. I'll just eat the insides
D: TDB. We are going to walk to the village and see where we can get a table.
My photos today 1) hitting the road in the RV for our first real road trip. 2) our dear buddy Brad teaching us how to wok cook. This photo says everything about Brad. I just love how gregarious and joyful he is, and that's him at the very front of the photo and 3) my new shirt. (not sure how to get them sized down. Sorry!)
Peace Everyone!
