Good morning all!

I had a rough night last night. I ate something that bothered me and I got really itchy. My mom thinks I have an issue with gluten now too. A few years ago I was on a study for 23andme for depression/bipolar research. They said I was predisposed to have celiac disease. While I don't know if that's the case(and I doubt it very much) you just never know. I guess it's another thing I need to weed out of my diet. I see my bariatric NP on the 22nd and I'm going to see if he can order an allergy test. I dunno if he can. My GP appointment isn't until November 24th.

at least there is a lot out there for gluten free diets.

over all i'm doing ok though...just tired. Stepped on the scale and hit the 100 pound loss...again. So I'm actually very happy with that. I know I'm on the right track. I could do better but I'm trying to give myself a little grace right now.

qotd: I am usually in bed by 9 and up around 5 or 6.
