Whats on your Thursday Menu?
As long as I have my sugar free puddings, I'm OK. Pizza would be a different story, though.

QOTD-I have a really soft pair of PJ's that are super warm. But I sleep in a night gown. Pre-op I had to make my own, and the newest one I made was huge, so I took 4 inches off of both sides and it's not great but at least it's not huge anymore.
So far I'm not it the direct path of the fires, but the air is horrible. When I was driving at 3PM yesterday everyone had their headlights on it was so dark. The sky is a horrible brown red that looks like clouds but is smoke. It makes everything look yellow. Everyone I know says that they have never seen it like this. It is terrible to be out in this, after I cleaned my horses stall I had an instant headache, and couldn't quit coughing when I got home.
This is so scary and devastating to so many people. The winds have died down so I suspect the smoke will be with us for a while. It's after 7AM and it looks like it's night.
This year so far has been truly awful, just hope things get better soon.
Have a great day everyone!

I love that meme!
some idiot scheduled her fasting blood tests at 9 this morning without noticing that she had meetings starting at 5 am...so I'm cranky and under caffeinated right now but I'm looking forward to coffee by 930!
qotd - I am all about what's soft and warm (plus I'm on of those sock wearing sleepers). My favorite PJ wear is my long, hooded fleece robe, it's purple with white unicorns.
i have two Pilates classes today - one is my normal one and one is kind of a Pilates boot camp where you get to use all the different equipment.
menu - coffee and half & half, plus a barebell bar after blood work; maybe a light and fit snack and then ever roast deli chicken and a slice of cheese.
have a great Thursday!

I am so cold, plus I have been hardwired that the heat goes to 55 at bed time. I have the sheet, a thin blanket, my weighted blanket, a soft chenille blanket, and then the comforter. It's like my warm ****oon...and when I turn the mattress pad on and let it warm up before I get into bed, so lovely.

I'm opening windows! It must be my claustrophobia.

55? My family would be on protest! But I do open my bedroom windows unless it is under about 20.

I am a life long troubled sleeper and the weighted blanket has helped tremendously. It doesn't make me sleep any longer but my sleep is much better. I did get mine pre surgery so it's probably a bit too heavy now but I'm used to the weight. My nephew has PTSD from his tours in Afghanistan and a few years ago I got him one and he said he didn't realize how much it helped him until he left it behind when he had to work out of town for a month! There definitely seems to be something to it.
