What's on your Thursday Menu?
I'm waiting for that to happen here. Classes started today. Most are online, but students will be students. I've stayed away from campus the last couple of weeks, but I've heard they're out walking in groups, laying out, playing frisbee, going to house parties, going to bars. The university can take all kinds of precautions, but there's not much they can do once the students are off campus - other than warn them not to do those things. I give it 'til the end of the month....at the latest.
We still haven't left the house in quite some time and honestly, I am ok with it but I DO need my time alone.
QOTD: Hmm, this is a tough one. I love a gooood sweet strawberry so maybe if they were ALWAYS Guaranteed to be sweet, I'd go for that. Otherwise, I'd choose Mango.
I have been working on logging more of my food rather than eat on a whim. I've been good and getting on the scale to hold myself accountable. Trying to keep busy by being a little crafty so I am not constantly thinking about food.
Breakfast: 2 Egg Veggie Omelette (Peppers, spinach and onion)
Lunch: Veggie bowl with leftover mixed peppers from this morning, black and pinto beans, avocado, sour cream, homemade chipotle honey dressing
Dinner: I have homemade meatsauce simmering right now and will partake on that while the rest of the fam enjoys with pasta
Snack: Protein Shake, a few thin pretzles with 1/4 apple and peanut butter and a string cheese
