What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Probably not before he moves (with covid) but I might go down to California when I do visit.

What a bi-coastal family you have! I actually do, too. Port Orchard is on the Olympic Penimsula. It's not too far as the crow flies, but all the water here - absolute tons of coastline, inlets and bays - means either a very long ride or a ferry plus a long ride. I've not been there, but I know someone who lies there, too. If you visit, let me know!
Definitely!

Good morning everyone! Got woken up by my alarm this morning which hardly ever happens. Was having the strangest dream too which is a bit fuzzy now. Still feel half asleep. Glad it's Wednesday though. Just two more days to go.
Accountability was ok yesterday. Could have been better though. I'm considering trying intermittent fasting next week. Still reading up on it. My weight loss is just stuck at the moment and I need something to kick start it again. I'm really trying hard to stay around 800 calories a day, but I feel like I'm still hungry. Ugh! Well so far I have been liking each protein bar I've tried which does me no good because I need to narrow them down to favorites so I know what to buy next time.
QOTD: 90's music for sure! I grew up listening to it since I was a teenager for most of the 90's.

Good Morning! It's early, I'm awake and can't exercise so I wish I could fall back to sleep ... argh. I can be grateful that I can take a nap later though. I have an appt with the podiatrist tomorrow so hopefully I can get one issue knocked out.

Good morning, Happy Wednesday!
QOTD - I love music from so many decades! Definitely depends on the mood. If I HAD to pick one and only one, I would say it's alternative/rock from the 90s.
Breakfast - Fasting, so topo chico, water it is
Lunch - Defintely keeping with the kale/soyrizo/polenta, with some vegan Chao cheese on top. I love the tomato cayenne, it's spicy.
Snack - fruit smoothie (water, oat milk, frozen fruit, hemp seed protein, chia seed)
Dinner - Up in the air, but something potato, or pasta, along with something veggie.
Have a good day everyone!
Christina
