I have no idea who I am when I am hungry. I can't wait to know what the feeling is like to "not feel it".

I hope you enjoy your time with your friends! I have never been to the east coast other than to New York and to Connecticut for my brother's graduation for a few days so I have never seen what the beaches are like on the EC.

QOTD-
I guess if my house was empty I'd be sad. I have things that I've had and put together to make a home so while it doesn't all match, at least, I feel it "goes together" in some way? Maybe a more comfortable couch with recliners built in and power adapters? lol

Still on the supervised diet... only 2 more weeks to go until I can see if I can schedule for surgery!
Breakfast: I had a Oikos Strawberry Greek Yogurt since I wasn't feeling a protein shake
Lunch: I had a cauliflower tortilla (the kind you get at costco, I think it's called a crepini? with roast beef and cheddar-jack cheese slice
Dinner: Probably a protein shake
Snack: String Cheese, a handful of almonds
Water goal: I'm at 5 bottles of water already today so I am on track. Need 4 more

QOTD Gearing up to close on a new home but TBH I really just try to make the most of where we have lived and not a style per se. Is chaotic whirlwind a style? Large family living lol.

I have been working on vitamins and hydration but my appetite has remained poor. I have been able to push OMAD so my meal choice is reflective of trying to get much protein in with what I have on hand.

homemade mashed potatoes, (I make with butter and sour cream because I have young children who need the calories and specific dietary needs. I measure mine out carefully and mix with protein to slow digestion of carbs.), shredded pot roast slow cooked that I took out of the freezer, bought during the food shortages of early covid), cottage cheese...all mixed together. It was good and has helped me slow my weight loss down. (BMI 19 and dropping daily at the moment).

I appreciate you all and truly do care about each and every post that I read even if I don't post often. Stay well Friends.
