Listen to your body and take a break :) Maybe you can substitute your runs and ellipticals with some light strength training, or a recumbent bike. Or walks in your neighborhood. I know how dedicated you are to your exercise but let the pains heal

Em, it's so hard. I need to see if a few days of doing nothing helps. There is some significant swelling that moves from my calf down to the middle of my foot. But it's not always painful if that even makes sense? Sometimes there is bruising anywhere in between including my shin. I did go to the ortho dr and they did an X-ray and ultrasound and next step is MRI if resting it doesn't help. But I've been needing to get my nails looked at too so.... going to try and tackle that at the same time.

I had my pneumonia vaccines and I agree they hurt like hell. I had to get 2 to complete the series and they both hurt. I did the shingle ones too and they rank right up there with the Pneumonia. I am glad your taking time to let your body rest. You inspire me with your exercise but listing to your body is a great idea. Your in my prayers. Don't let this get you down.

Good morning! Back at my desk and ready to tackle a really short week. I'm taking Thursday and Friday and we are road tripping it over to see my dad. It's our first time to put any real miles on the RV, and we want to do that before it goes back to the dealership for the list of all the little things that crop up. Supposedly, this is very common practice with RV's. But they say they are going to keep it 4-6 weeks, which we find totally insane. I had a wonderful weekend and cooked. A lot. But all really friendly to my stomach, and I didn't over do it even one time. Proud about that. It's such a fine line for me still.

QOTD: Jim Carey and PeeWee Herman. I just don't get the humor.

Menu

B: 1/2 PP shake, coffee and carbmaster cottage cheese

L: left over sea bass with campfire roasted veggies and a white wine reduction This was amazing and I will make this over and over!

D: pork rib, fingerling potatoes and elote style corn on the cob.

Peace Everyone!

My first thought was the Three Stooges and it is fun that others agree with that. Also Monty Python and all of the British humor like that I just never got. I think that the stupid humor just resonates more with males, as I have seen them laugh themselves silly over shows that just annoy me.
