What's on your Monday Menu?

Happy Monday, friends!
I had a very nice, quiet weekend. I am definitely feeling "itchy" to go... anywhere, but I was good and stayed put. I did a lot of crafting, read a book, did some grocery shopping, etc. Nothing "exciting" but it was a nice quiet break from the insanity of the work week. I am determined to make this work week better--no more 12+ hour days, dammit!
QOTD: What is something everyone else thinks is funny but you never liked? I never thought I Love Lucy was funny. I'm also probably one of the only people on the planet who doesn't think Amy Poehler is funny. Luckily Grim shares my sense of humor and agrees with me on both of those!

Good morning, happy Monday!! Good luck with a week of normal schedule days! I'm taking Friday off again this week, so I will have 4 long days. Worth it though.
qotd - Will Farrell. TBH, I could include 90% of comedies in this, I'm not a huge comedy show/comedy movie fan but I do like seeing comedians do stand up.
menu today
protein oatmeal
L&f greek
4 turkey breast, 1 oz cheese
Chorizo-Green Chile enchiladas

hi all
weekend was pretty ok, trying to take it easy until I'm running 10000% or close to. Saturday had a LONG gym session and was sore after. Ran some errands. Sunday was more errands. Starting to REALLY hate going into Walmart for anything. People are acting like first rate morons with no clue. I've noticed this in both TN and GA so it isn't a statement against a particular state but people's state of mind...
Food was not the best. I forgot my stupid food scale so I've had to guesstimate. So I'm sure the scale will be angry.
After work I plan on running to joann fabrics and checking out the mask fabric. Not sure I told yall, my mom the seamstress makes masks and she taught me how. So I'm selling hers for her because she enjoys making them and will sell mine also. I bought some goats doing yoga for masks to make :) Looking for other cute designs also lol
QOTD: hmmm this is a hard one. I would say Jack Black isn't funny? maybe I haven't given him enough of a chance...
food plan today:
b: eggs/oats
b2: turkey/vegg
l: turkey /vegg
l2: shrimp
d: unsure?
s: protein waffle?
Good morning all! Had a very busy weekend with company coming down, lunch with friends, taking the kitten to the vet and spending time with family so I never got a chance to get on here. I'll just go ahead and get this out of the way now....my accountability over the weekend was pure crap! I swear it was like my stomach was a bottomless pit over the weekend! And my food choices were not the best. Thank goodness it's a new week! So it's back on track and I'm praying really hard for a small pouch week!
I'm so excited for two things though! My built bars arrived on Friday so I have eighteen different flavors to try. Haven't tore into them yet, but I'm so excited to try them! Secondly, they have my pumpkin pie Greek yogurt in stores again! I have been waiting so patiently for that flavor to come back! Soooo yummy!
QOTD: Hmmm nothing really comes to mind at the moment, but I will say I prefer all the older comedies over this new stuff. I just don't find this new stuff funny. I grew up watching stuff with John Candy, Steve Martin, Bill Murray, Chevy Chase etc. Now those guys I find funny. All these newer comedians....eh not so much.
B: coffee w/Splenda x2
B2: L&F yogurt and a banana
L: 2 oz roast beef deli meat and a hard boiled egg
D: 3 oz rotisserie chicken over salad with a light vinaigrette dressing
S: fruit
Surgery: RNY on 1/23/19
Morning! The plan is for me to return to work on Wednesday, so I am going to take advantage of the next two days and get a lot of homework done while I can. I still won't be able to sit upright for another 8 days, so I will need to try and avoid meetings while in a reclined position! If we're still working from home in December when I have the other hip done I don't think I'll even file for FMLA. I'll just take a week off and decide myself when I go back.
QOTD: Anything with Ace Ventura. Or anything with that type of humor in general. I'm not a fan of "stupid" humor.
My Food:
- Coffee w/ Cream x3
- Buffalo chicken salad
- Burger w/ Veggies
I have PT at 10am, yay field trip!

Good morning,
QOTD - I think my comedic interests have changed over the years. I think the last funny stand up I watched was George Lopez, which I was surprised I laughed as much as I did. I will have to come back to this. I do know I prefer snarky intelligent humor over the blatant, "easy" jokes.
Breakfast - fasting, so lots of water, trying to minimize/cut out coffee
Lunch - kale/tofu/soyrizo scramble, toast with avocado butter and super pom jelly
Snack - apple with peanut butter, v8 and pepitas
Dinner - Pasta salad my mother in law is making. I'm a little excited, I love pasta salad.
Have a great day everyone.
Christina

Did you see the teaser trailer for the new version of The Stand? I'm so excited for Alexander Skarsgaard as Randall Flagg.
