What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu? Menu?
I wish I had thought of Trish's egg sandwich idea.

Wow Love the gym! I have been on the search for more dumbells for home. I cannot believe they are still sold out. I have really light ones and then a 10# set and a 25# set. The 25 I do not really like because they have that super skinny handle - so a terrible grip. OK for goblet squats. My answer to deadlifts is I have a large duffle bag filled with 45# of my art books. Plus I have a sandbag with 20# of sand in it, so sometimes add that to the duffel bag as well.
Gyms opened this week in NY, I did not go. A couple of Saturday's ago I went to an open outdoor Crossfit class. It was a social gathering as well - all welcome even non crossfitters. We did do a WOD. It was fun.
Ok my hack for McDonalds if I am out and need to just seriously just put food in my stomach...is a Grilled Chicken Breast a la carte. Litterally just a piece a of chicken- usually freshly made because it is a special order. Get charged usually $2-$3. I haven't done this in a long time, tried to do recently and because of Covid they had a limited menu and only crispy chicken. What?

Mornin' All!
well I went kayaking yesterday - it was really fun! The lesson I'd planned to go to on Tuesday was canceled, but it didn't matter - it just took 15 minutes or so yesterday to get the hang of it. I arrived early to practice and by the time the rest of the group got there, I was ready to go! I'll probably go again sometime next week. I need to pack it in since summer is rapidly coming to an end :-( It was so relaxing to be out on the lake - and I had a good upper body workout to boot!
it rained last night and will again today. It's sunny out at the moment, but this won't last. It'll be a good day to get caught up on reading and doing some work for some organizations I belong to.
QOTD: I don't mind public speaking. I've never tried it on Zoom, though!
TSS: 5y2m
B: I made pumpkin and vanilla Greek yogurt last night - so one of those. If vanilla, I'll top it with raspberries. If pumpkin, I may put some Kashi Go Lean cereal on it - or TJ's High Fiber Cereal. Coffee with half & half.
MS: Fit Frappe
L: tomato sandwich on Fit & Active bread (with light mayo) and a couple of slices of deli turkey
AS: whichever yogurt I don't go with this morning, I'll have for a snack. And a light English muffin with cream cheese if I have enough calories left
D: not sure. Maybe part of a cauliflower-crusted cheese pizza. Or a vegan "burger" a skinny bun.
ex: I'll probably do a Zoom or youtube yoga class since I doubt I'll be able to do anything outside today - and I got that upper body workout yesterday (so no weights at the gym today, either)
here is a picture of the cat who pretty much lives in our room these days. He's 15 years old. I just took this. He loves being in this spot on the pillows above my head! The other is a picture of one of the coffee shops I like to bike to (it's in one of the 'burbs. It's about 12 miles round trip, so we go there a lot - it's far enough that I feel like I got some decent exercise, but not so far that I"m exhausted by the time I get home!)
It is so sweet that our elderly pets want to keep us close.

Good Morning and Happy Fri-yay! JB- enjoy every bite of the well-deserved tacos. Love the koi pond-it looks so serene. Your haircut looks great and so healthy.
Accountability: On plan.
QOTD: Not in the slightest. I get anxiety just answering the question about it. LOL

As promised, one of my pics this week is of our new beauties (Lily and Luna). They seem to be adjusting well and pretty happy in their new digs. The other is of the 5 medals I got for completing the 332 mile run challenge I did, love the swag.
We got our Run California stuff also. But no pictures until we actually finish!
