G'morning everybody!
JB - hope the presentation goes well. Let us know how the half and half goes. Not as important as a meeting, but some members in our book club decided they've had it enough with zoom and want to meet in person. A couple of us decided to do zoom so this weekend some will get together in a backyard and some will be on zoom. We shall see.
Today is my wedding anniversary, 26 yrs. No plans for today but we are planning a nice picnic and a long bike ride for Sat. When DH was leaving this morning I shouted down, tonight is left over night. He came back saying, on our anniversary? With a crestfallen look. He cracks me up sometimes, like a little kid. And just like a little kid as long as I get him a Reese's chocolate he'll be happy as a clam.

Afternoon! I had PT this morning and she taught me how to go up small stairs, which opens up the ability for me to go out on my porch AND back in again - woot! I mean, I still can't bring anything with me without help, but hey it's something!

Good Afternoon! Happy Friday-Eve. I am posting so late that I know most people won't see it but I don't like missing. I had a meeting this morning so my routine was a little out of whack. JB- I am sure you rocked your presenation!
Accountability: I changed out my dinner (I was getting an elliptical delivered and set up....long story/don't ask LOL) but my only added snacks were some of the dehydrated veggie chips my hubby makes me.
TSS: 6 years
B: SF latte, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage
L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps, SF Jello with cool-whip and baby carrots
S: Chaffle, and Carbmaster cottage cheese
D: Turkey sandwich, quest chips, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: low carb pita with SF jelly and cream cheese, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal
E: 6 mile treadmill run and one hour elliptical
