What's on your Thursday Menu?
Good morning all. Weather is cooling off at night here, and it's beautiful in the evenings. Looking forward to our little rv spot (hopefully) across from the bay for the next few days. No matter where they actually slot us in, the bay is 100 yards away or so, so I'll get to enjoy watching the water. I got the food all loaded in, and copies of a few new recipes to try. I'll still be working, but the commute is just a tad bit longer.
If you are in hurricane country, be safe. Laura sounds like a beast right now!
QOTD: Gerber daisies.
Menu: side note, I tried Quest 4 cheese pizza last night, while the hubs and friend ordered real pizza. We all agree I should have just eaten the cardboard box the real pizza came in. Blech.
B: 1/2 PP shake. 1/2 carbmaster cottage cheese and hard boiled egg
L: bacon wrapped chicken tender
D: charcuterie board, I'm keeping my theme of starting our trips with this. Very relaxing and easy on first night of set up
S: beef jerky and whisps if needed.
Peace, everyone!

Whenever we have pizza I just eat the toppings and leave the crust. Those low carb pizzas are gross. If you wanna try again, try Real Good pizza in the freezer section. They are not great but at least they are not cardboard.

I can no longer find the small chicken crust Real good in the store. Only the cauliflower. However I just use pizza toppings on a zucchini slice and bake it at 400 for 30 minutes till the zucchini is cooked and the cheese is toasty. It has cured the craving for me lately.

Good morning, everybody!
My two year appointment went well. I'm down a little since winter and she was happy about that. I stocked up on 6 months of vitamins while I was at the hospital. I wanted to sweat a little before the appointment, so I did this long workout:
It worked.
Today we are putting together a care package for my son who is away at college, so after a 10:00 conference call, I will be heading out to shop.
QOTD: Peonies for me also. We have a peonies club on this page: JB, Jen, Cara, me at least. In general, I love flowers
Breakfast: Protein bar
Lunch: brisket
Snack: nuts
Dinner: Hello Fresh
Have a great day, all!
