I pretty much love all flowers, but any that are purple, orange or pink are my favorite. Lavender and peonies are probably my top 2.

Good morning JB and Menuers,

JB Hope you have a successful Zoom meeting today and enjoy the retreat as much as possible.

I had a better morning on the scale this morning so that has me in a better mood today. I did do my run this morning but man weather here is Crazy. Yesterday when I ran it was 57 today it was 73. Ya never know what it Is going to do.

Still nothing from Ford. Looks like I may need a lawyer. So not happy I didn't want to go down this route. GRRRRR

QOTD: I got nothing.

Accountability: I did good 2 pizzellas and 2 tablespoons of Peanut butter.

TSS: 2 years 8 Months and 16 days 135 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Triple Zero salted caramel Greek yogurt and Berries

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin spice

L: Turkey meatballs ,Steamed green beans and pesto.

D: Pork steaks and roasted zucchini spears

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done)
