What's on your Thursday Menu?

It is just mind-boggling. I have seen some videos of migrant workers picking in the fields with the fiery glow in the sky from a distance. I would be so scared that I wouldn't know when to evacuate and misjudge some critical factors. I suppose if you are used to the area it is different but to live in an area that could be evacuated - it is wild.
today is d-day for iron infusion - dreading it really but know it is needed... and overdue... have to work the entire time also so not really looking forward to it. Can't decide also what to wear. I really just want to wear workout pants and a baggy T to be comfy for that many hours... but also don't want to look like a bum... techinically they aren't affiliated with my work anymore (the oncology group) so I shouldn't worry. packing tons of food which is chicken, egg whites, drinks, etc
weight spiked up from yesterday not sure about that prob poo and water lol
I suppose no cardio today since I have to leave in 1 hour and have to work. and I'm sure I will be dead tired to the world later...

Hope your infusion goes well! I am so jealous--my team doesn't "believe" in them but so many people report feeling so much better when they get them.

QOTD - I freaking love yellow roses.
I went to bed by about 6 yesterday. I slept right through until 10pm, up till midnight and then back to sleep until dogs got me up at 5am. Back to sleep until 7. I am awake (somewhat) now. Not sure where this excessive exhaustion is coming from, but really feeling it's mental.
Breakfast - fasting, hot black coffee, cold topo chico, etc.
Lunch - Kale/tofu/soyrizo scramble
Snack - fruit smoothie
Dinner - No idea but we have kids so something early, and yummy.

Good morning menu friends.
Not really feeling "it" today. Would much rather stay in bed all day and not pay any attention to the world. I'm so tired and in a lot of pain this morning.
I had to much to eat last night and veered off my plan. Could be why I'm so tired! Will try to stick to a lower point day today.
B: hard boiled egg, slice of toast, coffee
L: slice of bread with roast beef and daiya cheese(this may change to an omelette)
D: thinking salmon and a veggie of some sort.
S: WW puffs and maybe a bar...banana

Mornin' All!
So in about an hour I'm leaving to join this kayaking group for a morning "tour" in our biggest lake. I never did take a lesson (the one I was hoping to take on Tuesday was canceled), but since I'm going with a group, this should be fine. I guess I'll wear a swimsuit under crappy, roomy clothes (??). DH is going to drop me off at the place so I won't have to worry about my stuff (phone, wallet, keys) getting wet. Nothing else planned for today. It's supposed to be another scorcher, but luckily we're supposed to get thunderstorms tomorrow that will usher in some nicer weather (70s - yippee!!)
well I've lost 2.5 lbs since yesterday (I'm sure that all has to do with water and backup). Too bad yesterday was my official weigh day! But I'm feeling much better today - less bloated. Hopefully I'll burn off a lot of calories kayaking this morning!!
