Good morning menu friends.

Feeling so sore this morning. I'm really getting tired of pain....I thought it'd be so much better by now. Oh well.

I made 1 point banana muffins last night. They are ok...I'd add more spice next time. I had two for breakfast.

qotd: my most prized possession is my grandpa's dress jacket from WWII. His pictures. My mom has tons of antique stuff though. A few pieces of Lalique. Furniture wise not really antiques but a china cabinet and dining room table that my grandpa did the finish on. We also have a carved wood tank a great uncle made for my grandpa.

B: two one point banana muffins, half a banana and coffee

L: omelette with tomatoes, onions and daiya cheese. Quest chips.

D: not sure yet

S: popcorn, 2 point WW bar or puffs, pear

have a great day everyone!

It's good that your boss is listening to you. My DSD has been totally stressed out because her boss is not performing and there is tons of pressure on her and her peers to do his work.

My eating was right on plan yesterday. Good thing because I am out to dinner with Mike again tonight at a restaurant on the Cape Cod Canal. It is usually one of my favorites but this will be the first time I have been there this year. We are going kayaking before that, then maybe a beach walk (or sit depending on time).

QOTD: I have a fair amount of antique furniture some of which was my grandmother's and some was DH's grandmother's. I love it mixed in with other furniture I have chosen over the years.

TSS: 4 years, 5 months

B: Coffee! WW zero point egg and banana pancake

L: deli chicken and yogurt sauce

D: fish or sushi

Good morning,

we are half way through this week which seems never-ending. Not too much planned, had my normal bootcamp this morning and will try to get some cardio in tonight.

QOTD- I have some cool stuff from my grandma-who died when i was just a baby- so I have no recollection of her at all and her mother, my great grandmother-who was long gone before I was born. I have my grandmothers china set, which i love, but now that i moved into a small house, I don't host much anymore and don't use it often. I have my great grandmothers mink stoll-which frightens me when i go into that closet...I kind of hate the thing but can't bring myself to get rid of it. i have some really interesting jewelry from them. One piece is an amethyst ****tail ring with an inscription from 12/25/18-we aren't sure who it is from-but my mom said she knows for sure it was not from her dad(my grandpa). I have my grandpas inscribed money clip.

Food for today-

B-coffee with half and half and eggs with black beans

L-Italian wedding soup and garden tomatoes

D-Sausage with roasted peppers and onions

need to hydrate more- I have to go for a blood transfusion(my hemoglobin dipped to 7!) and an iron infusion to prep for a surgery I am having in a few weeks and its all very complicated now with Covid. things go much better when I am fully hydrated!

Good morning!

Yesterday ended up being bearable and ended fairly under control. Today looks less overwhelming. On top of everything else going on, we've just realized we have to completely redo and update our employee hand book to bring it into compliance with CA state law. But my team is really on it, and I can concentrate on sales. I have a much better attitude today, and have a PT appt this morning. Is it weird that I love my PT appointments? I always leave feeling so much better. I'm working with pelvic floor specialist to help with all the internal scar tissue I have resulting from a hysterectomy in 2017 and then the bypass in 2019. My organs don't have scar tissue, but the incision places tend to build up scar tissue and attach to inappropriate places. Like my diaphragm. Making it hard to get good deep breaths. For a while there, going up a flight of stairs felt like a marathon when I got to the top, because I couldn't get enough breath in. I really, really like the therapist. She's like a yoga loving, tree hugging, poop talking senior hippy. TMI.

QOTD: I have some little pieces my grandmother brought back from Japan in the 1950's and early 1920's banquets we bought at estate sales. My house was built in 1924 (totally not common in CA) and has a walk in basement (also not common). In there, someone poured a chamber of out concrete. It's got a huge bolting system on it and nobody knows what it is. I think a safe/vault, but lot's of people thinks it's for incinerating bodies. LOL. Doesn't help that the basement is weird and we all call it "spooky basement". As in, I'm going to spooky basement, if I don't come back in three minutes, send help!!! I'll try to get a picture of it tonight for Friday. It's just very odd.

Menu

B 1/2 PP shake and coffee. Jerky and Whisps a bit later.

L left over broccoli beef with a little spaghetti squash

D No idea. Packing out the RV tonight for a little weekend get away. Fridge diving for dinner.

S 1/2 crispbread and 1/2 tbsp peanut butter if needed.

Peace Everyone!

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

JB I hope you can stick to your 8 hour plan day. I wish you the best of luck with that.

Me I am having a terrible week and stress is out the waazoo. Ford decided they were done fixing my car last night and decided I should pick it up. (Don't worry still going through with the buyback just waiting on Ford to give me a price) So I picked it up it was the most terrifying 20 minute drive I ever had to do. By the time I got to the driveway there was smoke billowing out everywhere and the engine sounded like it was going to drop out. Needless to say they send a tow truck and now I wait again. So frustrated. I hope this all stops soon

QOTD: DH and I do go to many estate sales looking for treasures but I usually only end up with cloths. However my mom worked for RCA for years in the 70's and 80's and they had a company store and you earned credit to shop there. She bought a Nipper Statue and we saw on a local appraisal show it is now worth about $3000 so that was kinda cool.

Accountability: The scales says TERRIBLE I ate some ancient grain chips with my chicken salad yesterday and I had a big slice of the WW 0 point cheesecake(do you know how much whip cream you can pile on that thing) Please lord give me more strength today to stay on course.
