Hello All, does anyone know where I can find a complete updated list of all the vitamins and dosage we need to take daily? Also any tips on where to find the iron we need to take that don't cost too much? I use to get it from vita lady but that hasn't been a option in a long time. Thanks in advance

I purchase my vitamins through Bariatric Advantage. I buy a package that has the vitamins I require for post op bypass but I need to check and see where they are manufactured. I want to make sure that I can obtain my vitamins if there are any production or manufacturing issues that take place. I also would suggest having a few months on hand to make sure you don't run out and rotate your stock.
