JB - hope your day is smooth!
Woke up this morning to the smell of food and for one second I thought it's the fires nearby and got scared, but then I remembered I put a pork shoulder in the crockpot last night. Phew. We will have shredded pork for a long time
DS had his first day of class, all online, and reported back that it was good and doable. There are three of them in the suite (one kid last minute cancelled) and when all three have zoom classes they spread out in the suite; one in each bed room, and one in the living room.
QOTD: socks off, no matter how cold it is. The only time I put socks on is the transition from regular shoes to sandals season. For about a week I put creams on my heels and have these special socks that cover just your heel, with toes out. But I put up with it just for a week to make my feet summer ready.
My meals yesterday (stuck to the plan):
- B: coffee + scrambled eggs
- L: tuna + Hb eggs
- S: WW cheesecake & strawberries
- D: ground turkey and veggies
- E: 1 hr of elliptical

Good morning! Well, yesterday turned into a sh*t show here at work, and my spotless desk I walked into on Monday is now completely covered with work, and we are still down two out of 11 employees. I shouldn't even be typing this, I should be plowing through my desk!!
QOTD: I go to bed once in a while with socks on, usually because I have slathered my feet in cream, but they always get thrown across the room in the middle of the night.
Menu:
B 1/2 PP shake, egg & 1/4C cottage cheese
L bulgogi and spaghetti squash
D: cheese burgers with caramelized onions (made a huge pot of them Sunday. So good), cole slaw
S: jerky if needed.

Good afternoon! Another beautiful day on Cape Cod. I had my hair cut/highlighted this morning and am at the beach. I really don't want the summer to end! I had another stupendous time with
MIke yesterday kayaking, beaching, then I cooked dinner. I didn't kill him off so I guess I can still cook. He is with his grandchildren today doing similar stuff, but coming here again tomorrow.
QOTD: No socks definitely. I love the feel of cool sheets and I stick them out of the covers too if they get too warm at night.

G'afternoon, All!
I went biking early this morning with friends and totally forgot to post! Whoops! I was considering going to a kayaking class later this afternoon but was a little concerned about the heat. But I just checked, and it's been canceled. I guess they didn't get a good response - probably because of the heat. So I'll go next week - or else find an experienced person to go with my first time out on the lake. Nothing else going on today...
QOTD: I never wear socks to bed. I don't like being too warm when I'm sleeping, and I can't stand the feeling of anything on my feet then, either.

Oh, dear kitten, you are my spirit animal
I have gained the weight back from not eating... all I want is carbs dangit and it goes well for the first half of the day and then dinner and later goes to hell in a hand bag!
Breakfast: Let's be honest, the above statement was a lie... breakfast was carbs... I had an eggo waffle
Lunch: a Folio Wrap with 2 slices of bacon, a slice of cheddar cheese, avocado, red onion and zucchini slices
Dinner: chicken salad with G Hughes miso dressing, carrots, onions, avocado
Snack: tortilla chips with queso salsa... i had about 8-10 chips
QOTD: depends on how cold it is... but I've been wearing compression leggings that have an open toe so thats kinda like a half sock?! Lol
