Morning everyone! Yesterday was busy but I managed to get through all of the tasks that were weighing on me all weekend (YAY!), but I am pretty sure that I will be back underwater today, I have back to back meetings from 8 - 3. Ahhhh! I am going to make this quick and spend my pre-work hours trying to get ahead of email.
QOTD: Do you sleep with socks on or off? Off for me. My feet are always cold, except for at night. I get so hot at night, and I often sleep with my feet hanging out the side to avoid covers at all!

Happy Tuesday! It's going to be a long week I think, but my evening call with Asia went well, led to another hour call with a colleague that wanted my opinion on her next career move. I love that kind of thing, it is a large part of what gives me good energy for work! I did take Friday off too so looking forward to that.
qotd - socks on! I even have warm, fluffy winter socks, a whole, small drawer full. I can't wait to cool off enough to to bust them out.

Good morning all! So glad Monday is over with, but today is going to be just as busy and hectic. Got a couple meetings and then so much to get done the rest of the day. My accountability was really good yesterday. But it was so hard because my sweet tooth was calling. I stayed strong though and had a cup of hot tea instead and then went to bed. I'm trying to detox from sugar and oh my goodness it's rough!
QOTD: No socks for me! I cannot stand anything to be on my feet while I'm sleeping. I don't care how cold my feet are I just can't do it. It's like my feet get all itchy and sweaty and I just don't like that. I've tried in the past to wear socks to bed in the winter, but those socks always come off before the night is over with!

B2: scrambled eggs with 1 pepper jack laughing cow cheese wedge
L: 2 oz low sodium turkey and a hard boiled egg
D: 1 turkey burger patty with a tablespoon of salsa and a sprinkle of feta cheese. 1/2 sweet potato

QOTD - Socks. Always. But I put lots of gloopy cream on my feet and THEN socks because otherwise it would be a mess.
Breakfast- fasting so hot black coffee, cold water, topo chico
Lunch - *edit - had leftover refried beans, with vegan cheese and leftover kale/tofu/soyrizo scramble on corn for lunch.
Snack - fruit smoothie, frozen frui****er, kale, banana, hemp seed protein, chia seed
Dinner - Tacos! Homemade vegan tortillas (flour), refried borracho beans, lettuce tomato and vegan cheese for me (meat and regular cheese for hubs and MIL)

hi all - work gym, and a few errands whi*****luded TP for $12.99?? omg so crazy. our prices have gotten high! I need to start buying this stuff at Costco and sams.
weight dropped a pound from Saturday's fun with food expedition... need to start seeing some movement this week.
Iron infusion Thursday so playing the other 2 gym sessions after today by ear, I may be exhausted Friday and sat.
food plan:
b1: oats/ egg whites
b2: shake or yogurt
l1: chicken veggies
d: DH is having spam, I'm having chicken and hearts of palm spaghetti? never bought but whole food has it.
s: protein waffle or yogurt? not sure
gym session after work, its leg day which means I won't be able to move tomm and the next day. 30 min cardio already this morning and will probably do 15-30 treadmill after training.
QOTD: sometimes if I'm really cold I will wear socks but I kick them off in the middle of the night - only if i'm dead to the world do I leave them on
I had the hearts of palm pasta and it was good but IMHO I like zoodles just as much and they are a lot cheaper.

How long before you feel better after an infusion? I had my first today and will have another next Tuesday. I know this is relative on how your numbers start. My ferretin is 3.1. The low range from my lab is 15. Thanks
