I need to make myself one of those! They do get really painful when you have the elastic around your ears for too long.

Some healthcare workers were saying they had bleeding behind their ears after long days of wearing a mask. The mom of one of the nurses at our local hospital was making headbands for anyone who needed one. You are talented and crafty and I know you will make something cute.

You have no idea how jealous I am of you and Marylin, being able to set up his room.

But we weren't really able to set up his room. i was able to help him unpack his suitcases on Sunday morning and after that the dormitory was quarantined. Marilyn didn't get to go inside at all and I couldn't return after I left Sunday.

Did you get any sense from the kids on campus whether they are going to stay away from each other, or party on as usual?

In general, if they wanted to party, they would have gone to Boulder. But its even things like eating meals together that present risks.

On the way home, we stopped at University of Iowa so that my youngest could look at how a larger school was different than the medium schools that he was used to. It seems unlikely that those big schools will stop partying. There were some day drinkers while we were touring around.

I'm betting U of Wisconsin will close down by the end of Sept. The university is doing everything it can to keep things safe, but they have little to no control over frat parties, house parties, kids packing into the bars, or crowds of students laying out or on the beach or hanging out downtown in large groups. It seems most of the classes are already going to be online, but they may have to move them ALL online in a few weeks and shut things down. It's happening all over....I have no reason to believe things will be any different here...

Good Morning JB and Menuers,

JB great news you got to enjoy the weekend. I myself had a 3 day which was nice to decompress but terrible for my diet. I will admit this is the worst weekend I had food wise since I began this journey but I am back on track today. It was a 3 day slip not a slide so I am sure I'll get back quickly. And Just to let everyone know food choices were poor but I did Run 3 miles every day.

I am expecting a decision from Ford today. we will see what happens. I am only 29 days into this. Why would they hurry now. So anoyed.

QOTD: I have a Teaching Certificate in Cosmetology and I was a huge fan of Nexus Therapy for shampoo and humectress for Conditioner. Now they're no longer available I realize Tresemme was the original therapy and was just sold as a retail instead of the professional version and it seems to work the same. I do go and get a good conditioner from the beauty supply. Especially in the summer when I am in the sun and chlorine.

Accountability: Too many carbs, Alcohol, and I had fried zucchini and wings. So terrible.

TSS: 2 years 8 Months and 13 days 136.6 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos Triple Zero Cinnamon Apple Greek yogurt and Berries

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin spice

L: Chicken salad ,Dilly bites

D: Turkey burger and roasted zucchini spears.

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done)

Everybody have a Great week.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy
