Do you have a recipe for the blueberry/lemon pie or the cheesecake?

the lemon/blueberry one is:

3 eggs

3 T sugar substitute

3 C nonfat plain yogurt (I'll sometimes use lowfat yogurt so the pie is creamier. This recipe is from Weigh****chers so they make it zero points, but since I don't do WW, I don't care about the points. The lowfat version of yogurt adds 5 or 10 calories per slice, which I'm OK with....)

one small box of sugar free lemon pudding mix

juice and rind of one lemon

a cup of blueberries

(I'll sometimes add a couple of scoops of vanilla protein powder to this to bump up the protein a bit. When I do, I decrease the sweetener (or sometimes leave it out) and add a little more yogurt, if needed, to get the right texture)

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pie pan with cooking spray. Pour the mixture into the pie pan, and bake about 40 minutes, or until done. Chill for several hours or overnight.

Cheesecake one:

this is exactly the same except you use sugar free cheesecake pudding mix instead of lemon pudding mix (and of course, you leave out the fresh lemon and the blueberries). I sometimes add a second box of SF cheesecake pudding mix to bump up the cheesecake-y taste a bit, but some people on here are fine with just the one box.

I like the lemon blueberry and the cheesecake versions of the yogurt pie best too!

I did not know that Suave had keratin shampoo. It probably uses the same formula as the salon one.

I currently have a lot of Bailage shampoo and conditioners that I stocked up on at the beginning of the quarantine. What actually happens with shampoos is that a brand works really well for a while and then you need to switch off for a while.

i am seating some irritation on my scalp and need to get something different at the drugstore. Usually the $5 bottle of something like head and shoulders for a few weeks does the trick.

With all the heat and humidity and wearing a hat, I know that my $30 a bottle shampoo is too mild to really get my scalp super clean. If I used a strong shampoo in the winter, I might end up with hair that has the consistency of straw.

Good morning everyone! Quick post before I get started with work. Today I give the kitten her last dose of medication. Thank goodness! Hopefully she won't see this one coming and I won't have to struggle with her as much. My accountability was just ok yesterday. Not the greatest, but not horrible. Started out good, but it's like the later in the day it got the more my munchies kicked in. Today It's back on track and I'm going to be very strict with myself.

I've been doing some reading online on food addiction and binge eating and how to overcome it. I struggle with this so much and I fear of falling back into my old habits. Anyone have any tips with this and what has worked for you?

QOTD: Not sure if I have a favorite. Although I do like the L'Oréal Ever pure shampoo and conditioner and also the Argon Oil of Morocco shampoo and conditioner which is what I'm using now. Sometimes I just buy whatever is on sale. I used to only buy the expensive stuff from the salon, but eh I think the cheap stuff does just as well even though my stylist always fusses at me for using the cheap stuff. I'm like if you'd like purchase the expensive stuff everytime for me then I'd be more than happy to use it! Lol

I was a closet binge eater. I treat it like alcoholism. In other words even one small binge takes me back to day 1. The more distance I put between me and the last binge the better and stronger I feel. I try not to have binge trigger foods around. For example DH showed up from his road trip with tons of various nuts. This morning I have them on the desk next to the door for him to take them to the office. I was good during weekend but I know today home alone those nuts will call my name.

Thanks for your reply! I am doing better with not having trigger foods in the house. I have learned the hard way that if I have them they will get eaten no matter how strong I think my willpower is. Sometimes I even struggle with the healthy foods though. Like I'll go overboard with the quantity and then feel guilty with how many calories I just consumed. It's definitely a work in progress!

One more thing...I had gone from therapist to therapist and I even tried being hypnotized. One therapist recommended Geneen Roth books. I really connected with what she wrote because she overcame her own binge eating, so she was talking from personal experience. Needless to say I ended up having WLS but her books stayed with me.
Here are some of her books I have.

I have a whole book shelf for various diets and food related disorders.
