Plants. You can get an incredible amount of protein from different plant sources. For example, I use a hemp seed protein powder in smoothies, and one serving is 15g of protein.
Beans, 24g of protein. Oatmeal, 13g. Chickpeas, 20g. Lentils, 26g.
The list goes on and on. There's lots of protein sources, you just have to do a little research.
