New food intolerances

Have developed some gi issues (sensitivities and flatulence) and decided to do one of those at home intolerance tests. I am intolerant to 30 foods!!! The list excludes dairy and soy so I am looking for recommendations for protein supplements

Plants. You can get an incredible amount of protein from different plant sources. For example, I use a hemp seed protein powder in smoothies, and one serving is 15g of protein.

Beans, 24g of protein. Oatmeal, 13g. Chickpeas, 20g. Lentils, 26g.

The list goes on and on. There's lots of protein sources, you just have to do a little research.

over the past 3 years or so the gas has become unbearable. had to start taking something called devrom every night so it doesn't smell.

Where does one find a "food intolerance test"? does that change after surgery?

I used an at home kit from a company called everlywell. It tests intolerance IGg ( not allergy IGe) to try to identify causation of symptoms. It's a fingerpick blood test, got answers in three days
