What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning everyone.
I?m feeling mighty rough this morning. No motivation for anything... I need to start walking more but since my fall it?s been a bit harder. Also...my left hip is still popping with almost every step, it makes me feel uneasy.
I?m going to try making chili tonight. Lots of veggies in it. So far I?ve been having zero heartburn issues so I?m excited! I missed flavorful and not to mention coffee. Since quitting ALL dairy and getting off that antibiotic my stomach feels a lot better.
qotd: I?m kind of in the middle too. If it?s something I like and know what I?m doing I usually get it done very early. I?m almost always on time though!
b: hard boiled egg, slice of light bread, banana and a small cappuccino
l: frozen dinner
d: chili!
s: popcorn, fiber one cake and ???
Mel
Good morning!
QOTD - I will have to kind of go along with same as everyone else. When it comes to work, I am not a procrastinator. I definitely get things done asap.
Personal, eh. Dr. appts, necessary stuff I'm pretty on top of. The laundry I washed over the weekend and is still in three baskets...? Not so much.
Breakfast - fasting, so topo chico and hot green tea this morning.
Lunch - Toast with avocado butter and super pom jam, with the last of my soyrizo/tofu/kale scramble
Snack - Oui dairy free yogurt (coconut) with mango, with lots of chia seed
Dinner - thinking something out, because it's too damn hot to cook
Hope you all have a great day!
Christina

Oh crap if not folding laundry counts towards procrastination, then I actually win. But since I never set it as an actual task I intend to complete...
Laundry has five steps, sort, wash, dry, fold, and put away. You can stop at any of those steps. It does not make you a procrastinator but you can't really count the chore as finished until each piece is put away. It just means it takes longer to do the chore if you leave the clothes in the washer, the dryer, or in the laundry basket.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
G'morning Everybody!
JB - Good luck with the schools situation. Why can't we have a national plan so everybody knows where they stand? Also, newer cars with all their computerized parts always have sensory issues.
Emotional day for me. It's DS's last day at home. Leaving tomorrow for a 7 hr drive south. As usual DH is planning the whole drive and stressing about the car being old and not making it. To think that DS thought he could do the drive by himself, hah! There is a huge hill driving down, called the grapevine that DH wants to avoid. So they'll take the coast all the way down. It will add to their miles but safer for the car. DH is the planner and DS is the whatever goes kinda person, so this will be interesting because I'm not there to buffer. I asked him what he wants for his last meal and he said we can't break our Taco Tuesday tradition so taco it is.
QOTD: I'm not a procrastinator, unless I gotta gather the docs for our tax accountant and submit my hrs to my clients. I DRAAAAAG my feet on both. I seriously rather do the work than do my my hours to get paid for said work.
Accountability: meh, I blame DS's leaving. I'll get it together though.
My meals yesterday:
- B: coffe + WW muffin (the chocolate one is to die for)
- L: left over chicken kabobs
- S: quest chips + hb eggs
- D: TJ shrimp stir fry
- E: skipped
Have a great Tue everybody.

Oh no that must be so hard... I am sad that you can't go with them and will be stuck home alone being sad. What can you do that will be a nice self-pampering distraction?
I made two different kinds of miracle muffins this weekend. I added a handful of Lily's dark chocolate chips to the chocolate muffins. It says it didn't even add a point, but I am skeptical. Really yummy! And I also made the Lemon Blueberry ones with real blueberries added in. I think I like those even better--lighter and fresher :)
Well, they leave on Wed and DH is gonna stay down south and surfing with a friend through the weekend. So that gives me a Wed-Sun home alone. It's gonna be on the warm side here (mid 80s) so I'll might work on my tan ;) Not going to the beach but on our deck at home. I'll just listen to my books while roasting like a rotisserie chicken.
I added choc zero chips to my chocolate muffins. I decided after I finish this batch I shouldn't make any more. They are too good to resist.

Awe. Even though it will be hard emotionally I have to admit that is my ultimate weekend plans. I wish I could do that for a full weekend. I need this muffin recipe if someone can point me in the right direction or repost it.
