Mornin' All!
blew it yesterday. Started out OK, but I ended up eating way too many snacky things yesterday afternoon. Even changing up my dinner for something lower in calories didn't bail me out - I'd already blown it. And then I ate more things last night on top of that. Feeling it this morning. UGH. So back on track today.
no plans for today other than I need to get some exercise. I also really need to read a couple of books that'll be due at the library soon, and find a decent and attractive desk chair for DH since it now looks like this WFH thing will continue until the end of fall semester. And I also need to find some kind of a cart to put a "new" (to us) TV on that my MIL gave us. It bedroom-sized, so we'll just roll it around (when and if we watch it, that is - we're not TV watchers).
QOTD: it's been yellow for the last 20 years, but funny you should ask, because for the last couple of months, I've been thinking of painting it. One of our guest rooms is painted this sort of rosy-tinged beige, and I love it. Looks great with the wood floors and unpainted woodwork. I'm not sure how that color will look in the master bedroom since the lighting is different, but I'll go pick up a swatch of that to see (hey - that's something I could do today! Pick up some paint swatches!).

B: piece of peach-flavored yogurt pie (would not recommend this - I used two packs of SF peach Jello, and it did not taste nearly peachy enough. I added some mango extract and some cinnamon, as well as some fresh blueberries, so it's better, but I'm still not making this one again). Coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: I need to eat some fun things today so I don't get off track again. I have some frozen Frontera chicken fajita dinners in my basement freezer, so maybe one of those. 260 calories and 20-some grams of protein.
AS: L&F yogurt with raspberries, maybe a light English muffin with light cream cheese
D: TJ's Masala vegan burger on a skinny bun, cole slaw made with Asian-style peanut dressing

Good morning, everybody!
I had to go to the hospital to get bloodwork this morning, so late post for me. It's amazing how few people are in the Doctor's offices these days, I got in and out for my labs in less than a half an hour.
This is my son's last full day at home before we leave for Colorado tomorrow.
Question for Emily, if she is reading. My dermatologist said that I should wear sunscreen every day, even just driving around. I can't imagine slathering on Coppertone every morning, but I know that some make up has built-in sunscreen. Do they have similar products for men?
