Sorry for the busy week and sleepless night JB! At least it's Friday so only one ore day to go! I am also on the overwhelmed train but planning on 5 am starts the rest of this week and next week, plus a few hours each of the next two weekends -- should help and I'm lucky that there's a lot I can do on my own. I just have too many meetings the next two weeks to get stuff done during standard hours. We have several big projects going on and yesterday my admin asked if our consulting company was employing 3 or 4 people just to send me new meeting requests; it was funny.
Accountability yesterday was much better, I broke my Monday and Tuesday bad streak; even went to a socially distant outdoor catch up with some friends and just stuck to water since I'd deliberately had my dense chicken portion before heading out. So nice to just sit outside and chat for a few hours.
QOTD - I have a red-orange Mazda CX-5 that I love. It's a 2012 and the only thing I would change would be to add seat warmers and better iPhone capabilities -- technology has changed so much in 8 years.

Yeah Apple Car Play is like the best invention ever, and they keep improving it! I couldn't imagine a car without it again!
Good morning all and happy Friday Eve! I'm so ready for the weekend since I have nothing planned! Those are the best kind of weekends! I was super busy and on the go so much last weekend that I didn't feel like I even had a weekend. So I'm looking forward to this weekend to relax and recuperate. Well last night my older cat and the kitten were snuggled up together grooming each other.....this morning it sounds like World War III is going on or something. Sigh....I know the kitten is just playing, but my older cat gets very aggravated and he walks around constantly growling now. He used to be such a laid back sweet boy. I'm hoping once she grows out of this kitten phase that things will improve. I think if she wasn't such a hyper ball of energy all the time that my older cat would feel more relaxed and not on edge all the time.
My accountability was decent again yesterday. Not perfect. I didn't eat any bad foods....just probably a little too much of the good foods. So trying to keep that in check today. My mom loaned me her book that she had recently finished reading. Where the Crawdads Sing, by Delia Owens. I just finished it last night. Oh my goodness, I don't normally cry with books, but this one had me crying at the end. Such a good read. I really enjoyed that book!
QOTD: my car is bluish green and I like the color. Just wish the birds would stop crapping all over it. They are super attracted to my car for some reason and I'm convinced it's the color. Not sure what color I'd want to go with next. Maybe something red or a nice tan/beige color.

so QOTD: I have a white kia optima- its a good car but the one I miss the most was my maroon Nissan Murano! loved that car but it was way expensive.
food for today: sent DH with a list of 14 items and he came back with 7 plus yogurt that I didn't ask for and the wrong creamer.. so- I have on the plan:
b: protein waffle with cottage cheese on top and sweetner
b2: shake?

l2- more shrimp?
d: not sure yet
s: protein waffle again but with 15 gr of casein
