Good morning! That meme is hilarious! Pellet and wet food.
QOTD - I will go with a solid 7. Work hasn't changed, just the location. My husband and I work for the same organization so its been nice to be home with him and spend a lot of time together. Our dogs are happy too. Family dynamics have changed. For me, having so many people in my family affected by covid has changed how we interact. It's going to get better eventually, now is just hard. One good thing that has come from this is I've been forced to learn how to cook some of my favorite vegan dishes so that I can eat well, even at home. I never realized how much I was relying on local vegan places to feed me, and that was $$$!
Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee, cold topo chico
Lunch - tofu/kale/soyrizo scramble.
Snack - Chickpea "not tuna" salad on toast. It's soooo good.
Dinner - Chik'n slider with vegan mayo, veggies of some sort.
I hope you all have a wonderful day!
Christina
Let it begin with me.

hi all starting with QOTD: I think we have moved to a 'what do we need' space versus buying xyz cause it was there. I meal plan on what I need to cook and try my darnest to use that up. I don't go out as much shopping either. My gym did open but it is super private and we clean a lot as we go along so I really only work, then gym, then home. I do the drive thru at dunkin or maybe run into gas station for coffee there. It's almost like I don't want to go into a store cause its more annoying...
I did make a change in my macros yesterday to allow a bit more good carbs in my diet. lowered the fats-It does help with energy if I add the correct ones like oats, whole wheat.
Food plan today:
b: protein waffle (bought at kohls and it came last night)
b2: chicken veggies
l: chicken veggies
d: not sure here
d2: not sure
s: maybe another protein waffle
exercise- off day though going to walk as much as possible
Good morning,
Not too much happening here today...construction continues at my office window but I pray it will be over soon!
QOTD- i too would say that I am a 5. I still go to work every day, so that has not changed. I also go and check on my 90 yr old dad daily. I miss traveling this summer and most of all I miss live music and dancing. We had a big trip to Italy planned for this fall so I am bummed that we will not be doing that. But, like I keep saying to the bf, it is not forever, it is just for now. We have tried to go to a few patios and hear some live music but not everyone is on board with mask-wearing and social distancing and since i check on my dad daily, I can't take risks so we mostly stay home. Both Tim and I are healthy and employed and for that we are grateful.
B-Blackberries and hot tea
L-Leftover meatloaf
D-air fryer chicken breast and corn on the cob (ohio grown corn is so good!!, right White Dove!?)
Good Morning! JB- I can't even imagine what it must be like for you in your role to get so many teachers ready, mentally if nothing else, for this coming year. Em won't actually start some of her classes until a week from today since they are doing book pickups next Monday and Tuesday. Her magnet school hasn't confirmed if she'll have classes starting Monday. I think everything is still being organized and finalized everywhere.
Accountability: All good in the hood, no bedtime snack attack.
QOTD: If I consider my job elimination part of the pandemic, a strong 9. Ask me that a month and a half ago and more like a 3-4.

I guess I am thinking 8. I was used to having a lot of family get togethers. Holidays, birthdays, graduations, weddings, showers, baptisms, first communion. My nieces in Texas made first communion this year and I had planned to be there for that. But with the virus, I did not want to fly. I usually took a week or two at the beach and am not doing that this summer. No amusement parks with roller coasters.
I also went to the store every day and on weekends, sometimes to three or four stores. I loved to walk the mall and stop at clothing stores. Now it is a quick in and out of the grocery store with a mask and social distancing. Anything else I order online. I am on the computer much more than last summer. That is mostly from boredom.
I have not gone to a restaurant or even ordered takeout. I just cook at home and often make it something quick and easy, like a prepared salad from a grocery store. I have worked from home for years, so that was the only thing that did not change. I go to the pool, but stay by myself and don't even sit and talk to others because I don't want to be too close. I hope next year is different.

Good morning menu friends!
Still isolating until Friday. Soooo not much to report. I did have a bad mental health day yesterday. Feeling better today so far. I'll be glad when this week is finished.

QOTD- I'd say 7-8, I'm now working from home and very socially isolated. I have been out to eat a few times, and done some takeout. I dread going to the grocery store and Costco, I really don't like wearing a mask but I do it. I don't when I'm walking as I can usually keep a 6' distance and it just makes it too hard to breathe. I want to go swimming but all of the pools are still closed, and I don't want to go to the gym and have to wear a mask working out. I miss going to the movies and hate feeling trapped at home, but that is our reality now. Weekends don't seem to mean much anymore, as there is nothing that you can really do different.
It's been a tough few days, I've walked most days. My horse who weighs almost 1300lbs stepped and stood on my foot, so it is turning lovely colors. It hasn't stopped my walking. Just shortened my distance a little the first day after. Walking is one of the few things keeping me sane right now.
My NP was OK with the 5lb gain, I told her it was 10 and I've lost 5 of it. She wanted me to go to another counselor and I told her I have trust issues from my past traumas and that I wouldn't see a man. They guy she wanted me to see doesn't deal with my issues so it wouldn't work anyway. I'm trying another SSRI, I really didn't want to but I'll see if it helps.
Have a great day everyone!

Good morning JB and Menuers,
As for the meme today. All you TikTocers Story time. When DH and were early on in our relationship I bought a house we were refurbishing. After work we would meet at the new house and get to work. Once I got my fridge in I filled it with easy frozen food so we could just microwave or throw something in the oven to maximize the amount of time we could work on the house. So one evening I threw a frozen pizza in the oven. I never cooked a frozen pizza in my life. I grew up Italian. Pizza starts with warm water and yeast right? Well a half hour goes by and something wasn't smelling just right. Here I didn't remove the carboard tray it came on. The house filled with smoke and My new BF absolutely thought I knew nothing about cooking. LOL Now that I managed to fatten him up and he appreciates my cooking we look back and laugh at that experience.
OK to follow up on my blown up Ford Edge. It is now week 3 and I still have not heard from Ford. I am starting to look for other options of what vehicle I plan on getting if Ford does a buy back like they should. Anybody own a Mid Sized SUV they love? I test drove a Kia Seltos yesterday. One thing I am set on is I want and orange car. No if ands or buts. I will drive an orange SUV when this is all over.
QOTD: Even though I never had to WFH I am still going to go with a 10. I think everyone in the worlds lives have changed dramatically. I can't even hold those new babies, and I want to very badly. I no longer go to the gym and Now run at 6;00AM every morning when before I would sleep to 6;30 and hit the gym after work. All but 2 meals have been cooked in my home. Going out to do anything is very rare. The people who feel this is a hoax and do not follow distancing in stores drive me crazy. Oh I can go on and on. Crazy times we live in for sure.
Accountability: Awful. I ate pizzellas with coconut whip cream I think I had peanuts peanut butter and the 0 point WW Cheesecake with berries. I also had those few ingredient Aldi coconut thins. I don't know what happened but I really could not stop. Today is a new day.

I have a red-orange Mazda CX-5 -- it's probably a bit smaller than you are looking for but I think the CX9 is a bit bigger. I love my car; if I got a new one, I would get this same one, just newer!
