What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Good morning, friends! How's it going?
Yesterday was a little less busy, thankfully, but I was definitely still have a lot going on. I am really trying to stretch myself to do some things that I used to rely on my assistant to do so that I don't overwhelm my new coordinator. It's a learning curve for both of us!
I had a handful of Lily's SF chocolate chips last night. I had a serious chocolate craving, which I guess is leftover from my cake-a-palooza this weekend. But it only added a point so I ended the day with 18 WW Blue Points & 8087 steps.
QOTD: On a scale of 1 - 10 (1 = no change / 10 = everything has changed) how much has your life been impacted/changed since the pandemic began?
I think I'll go with a 5? My day to day has changed because I no longer commute, and work from home... And the other big change in my life because of it is how little we do out of the house. This summer I have taken two super quick trips to a beach, and that's literally it. I REALY miss doing stuff, and it is a big change, but I feel like in the big picture, I still have the same life--just fewer people and sites in it.
I really need to go to the grocery store, but only for a few things, which is really annoying. I try so hard not to go too often, but a few things expired and my apples went bad before I am ready for a full shop. I might stop in tonight.
Good morning menu friends! Getting ready to head out in a few for a walk with Miss Lily. Spent the day painting yesterday and more of the same planned for today too. We're priming and painting the inside of a large deluxe cabin so it's quite a job. QOTD maybe a 5. We barely go shopping or eat out(even rarely take out) but are still doing our mission projects. Accountability was spot on food and stepwise yesterday and weight is 120.4. Here's the food plan B 1/2c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter L 3/4 cup split pea and ham soup D 4 oz sirloin steak. Have a wonderful day full of smart choices and stay safe everyone! Time to find some coffee and head out with Miss Lily.

Good morning all! Today is the dreaded day the kitten gets her medicine so wish me luck! I'm so glad the week is halfway over. I've had zero motivation this week. At least this weekend won't be as busy or chaotic as last weekend so I should have time to rest and relax. Accountability was pretty good yesterday although I did get into some sugar free banana pudding my mom made. It was so delicious, but wasn't on my plan for yesterday. Today I plan on being more strict with sticking to plan!
QOTD: I guess I'm about a 5 as well. The biggest change has been working from home which has been a nice change. I also don't really go to the grocery store as much. Been having my groceries delivered every week which is nice, but I do miss actually going to the store and picking out my own stuff. Other than that not much else has changed aside from staying home a whole lot more which I've never been a person on the go anyway. I do miss seeing my friends more regularly though and actually going out to eat to celebrate birthdays and such.
B: premier shake
B2: coffee w/Splenda x 2
L: 2 oz chicken breast and a hard boiled egg
D: 4 oz baked salmon and veggies
S: L&F yogurt and fruit
Surgery: RNY on 1/23/19
That's a good idea! Well giving the medication to her was a success! Lost a few drops, but the majority of it got down her throat thank goodness. She didn't like it, but surprisingly she wasn't mad at me after and still wanted snuggles. So one down and three more doses to go!

Great and relevant meme as I was thinking I should cook for Mike at some point (not my favorite thing). But what???
I am going to Mike's for the day (beach and dinner). I hope it is as good a day as previous ones. I spent a lot of time figuring out what to wear/bring, etc. He spent time yesterday cleaning and organizing his house because it apparently is very guy like. My fully decorated, uncluttered house made him a little self-conscious. But he can walk to the beach from his home! He said something that resonated the other day: He figures he only has 15-20 good years to truly enjoy life so he doesn't want to waste time (we are almost exactly 6 months apart in age).
Good checkup at the dermatologist yesterday - I am so lucky I tan easily (and also that I always wear very high SPF on my face with a hat at the beach). She just reminded me to try to be more religious with sunscreen on my body and to have annual skin checks from now on since I am in the sun so much year round.
One last funny thing - I deactivated my dating account for now since I am seeing Mike so much (I can reactivate later). Just before I did, it showed a match with a really high number of common points and it is a friend of mine who lives in NH and lost his wife a few years ago to cancer. I have gotten together with him as a friend but no sparks. Just so funny to see a familiar face!
QOTD: Hmmm... I would have possibly said a 6 early on when we couldn't do anything but sit on the lanai in Florida, all trips ended up being cancelled, and we were afraid to go to the store. But maybe a 3 right now because I can do beach time, date, and go out to dinner. It may change...

L: tuna and cottage cheese (packed for the beach)
D: either blackened shrimp and scallops or Ahi Tuna or crab cakes (already checked out the menu for where we are going and also checked out what to wear)
