Good morning JB and Menuers,

Wow JB 11 hour day that sounds crazy to me. I hope it calms down today. And proud of you getting back on plan. But remember you did deserve the Birthday celebration that you had.

I got nothing really going on today except for work. When I get home I am going to put togeter a crockpot to make chicken broth, but other than that I got nothing. I use a recipe from Skinnytaste.com and it is great base for my wedding soup. I have been trying to send meals to help my friends with the new twin girls. They said they would love if I made them my family version of wedding soup. I said it's summer and they said they didn't care they love it so wedding soup it will be.

QOTD: Snacks are a slippery slope for me. I been doing Chocolate pizzellas from Aldi with Coconut whipped cream. They come out to be around 70 calories. But Aldi has nice 100 calorie packs of nuts I'll grab or their snack selects. I am sorry I primarily shop at Aldi and I love they have so many portion sized options like there chicken salad, Oh snap pickles, hummus. so many smart choices. Even their Keto conscious protein bars are a nice treat and not as high in calories as most. Sorry if you don't have Aldi.

Accountability: I stuck to my menu but for some reason when I do oatmeal my weight goes up.

TSS: 2 years 8 Months and 0 days 133.8 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Oikos triple zero Apple cinnamon and Berries

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Caramel Macchiato

L: 1/2 burger stuffed with turkey peperoni and Pemento sandwich spread and a snack selects. .

D: .French onion meatloaf and stuffed mushrooms

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done)

Everybody have a Great day.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy

re: oatmeal - if you don't ordinarily do a lot of carbs, that could be why - it takes a lot of water to metabolize carbs. But...it's jus****er, so.. Also, oatmeal is a fiber that sucks up water, so that could be what's going on, too. Either way, it's not a true weight gain.

G'morning Everybody!

Not much going on in my world. It's almost like the calm before the storm.

QOTD: i have a sweet tooth so my snacks are on the sweet side; SF pudding made with premier protein, WW cheesecake, protein mug cakes, various flavored protein shakes, and last but not least extra dark chocolate chips. During summer some fruit.

My meals yesterday:

  • B: Protein coffee
  • L: Protein bar + quest chips
  • S: 2 hb eggs
  • D: TJ chicken fajitas
  • E: 3.61 miles jog (my usual 5-6 miles was cut short due to unforeseen events)

Happy Taco Tue, everybody.
