Good morning everyone.

long day yesterday and I'm glad it's over. I didn't stay on plan to well during the later part of the day. I just crash and burn during the evening.

qotd: I would say a pear if I have them or some kind of fruit. Air popped popcorn is also around.

b: kodiak flapjacks, sf maple syrup and butter spray

l: thinking of a faux cheese grilled sandwich with my last pear

d: not entirely sure.

s: popcorn, dairy free yogurt(I made it yesterday...we'll see how it turned out)

Well the yogurt did NOT turn out. The taste is fine but it's pure liquid despite me using thickeners. I think I'll try gelatin next time. Really disappointed.

I haven't tried making a dairy-free version, but I've had a handful of flops while making the traditional kind. I used to toss it out, but now I use it in protein shakes or baking (instead of milk)

Good morning,

they are doing construction on my building right outside my window for 2 days now and it is supposed to continue until Oct/Nov. I have a major headache and can't hear anyone that is calling in-today, for the first time, I envy those who are working from home!

QOTD- my go to snacks are generally blackberries and raspberries- my other favorites unfortunately are peanut butter crackers or pretzels

B-blackberries and hot tea

L-Roast beef and cheddar cheese rollup

D-meatloaf and steamed veggies (broc and cauli i think)

Good Morning! It's going to be pretty warm here the next few days so nothing too exciting planned aside from going through some paperwork stuff today and Em has her second behind the wheel driving lesson.

Accountability: I added a few snacks.

QOTD: Lately it's been cashews or dehydrated zucchini and sweet potatoes that my hubby had been making.

TSS: 6 years (TODAY IS MY SURGIVERSARY!!)

B: SF latte, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage

L: Albacore tuna lettuce wraps, SF Jello with cool-whip and baby carrots

S: Chaffle, cashews and Carbmaster cottage cheese

D: Steak salad with feta cheese, toasted low carb lavash, sliced fruit, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: low carb pita with SF jelly and cream cheese, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: 6 mile treadmill run and one hour elliptical

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1682 Protein:150 Carbs:127 Fat:64
