Great idea to take a picture on a ladder. You look wonderful.

You aren't alone. My arms look exactly the same way. You can see them in every picture of me working. It used to bother me and I only wore 3/4 length sleeves but in year 2 I decided I didn't really care. It's actually led some obese people to ask me if I used to be heavy and then I share about my surgery.
